Horrible service where we live (7mbps download & .52mbps upload are the average speeds of the internet) and we are not able to upgrade to any higher plan due to restrictions set by Northstate.

I totally agree, horrible service.. They cut off my service.. Yes i was Lil late on my bill but they never worked with me, in fact they cut me off and never even letting me know but claimed they notified lots of time but never did.. And now refusing to pick up there equipment which they tell me " they don't have the Man Power to come pickup the equipment".. Which i think is very lame... Im differently switching services... Besides i can pay same price for more speed then here at North State!..

Installation was great. NorthState cable is fast and works great!

Great fast speeds 95% of the time the other five I have to reset the router and WiFi extension s every so often but other than that best service around.

The worst service I have ever received. Horrible company, dishonest practices.

Switched to Northstate a few days ago. It was quick and easy. The tech that came to hook it up was extremely nice and was very patient with Me in answering All my questions. I had a problem with some of the apps on my TV so I called in and the technical support people were extremely helpful. I am SO over Spectrum!! I hope Northstate doesn t turn into then: Rude and Greedy.

Happy with the hardworking tech who was able to get my internet installed at my new apartment!
