Left their extremely loud diesel-powered air compressor running all night long across the street from my apartment. No after-hours contact information to call someone to deal with the problem. Completely unprofessional.

Awful... I heard some guys outside yelling and screaming last Friday early afternoon. I had thought the local high school had gotten out early and the kids were walking down the street screaming and laughing. I look outside and seen a big white truck in front of my house. I had thought it was PGE since they were doing work on the cables outside and PGE had been in our neighborhood a month prior doing line work. After a few hours of screaming they drove off, thank god right? I pack up my kids to go run some errands. I walk out and theres a huge cable hanging from the poleline blocking my drive way and cutting all the way across my bushes blocking my stairway. Are you kidding me? According to a neighbor who seen them drive away the wire was laying there as they drove away. I call PGE promptly thinking it was them. They had someone out within the hour and fixed the problem but informed me it was not them. Fast foward to this morning and they are back out in front of my house! I am calling corportate office this type of unprofessionalism is absolutely unaccesptable. I live in Oakland btw and this company is showing Vancouver. Could you please stay in Vancouver from now on?

Workers arw not propeely trained or supervised. Last year North Sky Comm replaced a phone line under contract with CenturlyLink at my house. They trenched through gravel drive way and lawn (inches away from the cra am driveway). Problems: 1. In gravel area, they trenched without first moving gravel away (save it to put back afterwards). a. Did not level dirt b. Did not compact dirt back down c. Left big rocks and roots exposed d. Gravel no longer covered the ground e. Ground drain was clogged by trenching dirt f. Slope to drain was eliminated 2. They trenched through grass next to gravel driveway instead staying in gravel driveway. Left ground unleveled and got gravel mixed in with the grass. Instead of fixing the slope to the drain, the dug a small ditch in the middle of a parking area. I send a complaint to them and they said they would fix it. They came out and took care of the roots and some of the big rocks. Also compacted some of the ground but did not say anything to us so cars were not moved and ground not compacted. I send 2nd complaint and they came out again and put down the wrong gravel (light grey instead of a dark grey and wrong size), didn't level anything and COMPACTED THE GRASS. Afterwards, I told them they need to get a professional landscaper to fix it. They agreed, but then refused to pay for it after I got the estimates and offered me $500. I refused it and told them to get their own estimates if they didnt like mine. They stopped responding to emails.

When I had a problem with poor service and unprofessional behavior from an installer it was a bit of a challenge to find the local contractor contact info. I ended up calling the corporate offices in Washington and getting the proper contact info. Once I spoke with the local owner/contractor he remedied the situation quickly so it worked out fine. Given the huge growth and development in my Texas city Im sure they are hiring just about anyone they can get their hands on. A more dedicated focus on honesty and pride in job performance would be appreciated by the customers receiving the "service installation".

If a school bus is stopped, with lights flashing, it's generally not a good idea to pass them. If you decide that you're going to violate both the law and all common decency, its certainly not good to do it in a big white truck with a utility body, an boom lift, and the words North Sky Communication written on the door. Probably a Tumwater truck, but that location doesn't come up on Google. Monday, October 16, Yelm highway at Village Dr, 2:35 p.m.

If I could review this place and give them no stars I would. They have no common courtesy for someone's home or yard. They are very rude, to the point of combative when asked simple questions. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about them.
