Are you listening? The 2018 Forester was brought in with an appointment to do a 100,000 service including a tune-up. When the appointment was made the cost estimation was $500 and 5 hours. What was done was a 6,000 service for $250 and 5 hours! We'd done an oil change. We've rotated the tires. But that was the service we got. We looked at the maintenance schedule and at 90,000 (the car was at 93,000) the service should have included multi-point inspection, air filter change, fluid replacement, It took 5 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires! Listen to the customer. We won't be back.
I tried calling this morning as Lou Gatti requested to discuss the issue and after 5 minutes of on hold and no end in site, I hung up. There is no service in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Had a great experience with Chris Bell who obviously was there to help make the experience of buying a new car the best possible. Even offered to buy me and my girlfriend food after telling him we hadn't eaten before getting there. Would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a Subaru.
Truly amazing service I am extremely thankful to all the folks at Subaru. I truly felt like I had a team of folks working with me and for me to get the job done. I highly recommend these folks to anyone. They are transparent and accommodating. At no point did I feel out of the loop which is important to me as I am in Mortgage finance so I am used to feeling in control of the loan process. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
They had my vehicle for six days just to do a diagnostic check and simple alignment. Lord to me on its status until the sixth day after my fourth stepping to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Had to talk to a manager to get a straight answer. Apparently it was just sitting in the lot all those other days. Didn t even wash the car afterwards which is supposed to be complimentary. By far worst service experience I ve ever received- ever.
I was in contact with Rene Ramirez for a couple of days regarding a used vehicle I was interested it. Because I am an out of state buyer I was doing my best to do my research and make the right calls so I could arrange to fly to San Antonio and purchase this vehicle with cash. At first the salesperson did a good job trying to work with me on price so I can come get it. Being a veteran I figured that I would be treated with respect and transparency. I told the salesperson that I would get to him by the end of the day with a for sure answer on whether I would be purchasing the vehicle or not. So at the end of the day I was ready to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle. When I called that same day the salesperson proceeded to tell me that the vehicle has sold. I understand that I did not have a deposit on the vehicle at the time and that it's a first come first serve basis. What I really don't appreciate is not even getting as much as a phone call informing me that their are other interested parties. If I had known then I would have been more than happy to put a deposit down to guarantee that I would be first in line. I feel like I was completely betrayed, given that Rene Ramirez was in direct contact with me for a good part of 3 days on making the sale. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from Rene Ramirez. On the phone he appeared to be extremely disorganized which is probably why the sale went to another customer. At this time the entire North Park Subaru has lost my business.
I highly recommend Derek P as your sales rep. He takes good care of his clients even months after purchasing a vehicle. We had some issues with our maintenance plan being mistakenly cancelled and we got charged for our 6 month maintenance at another dealership in Dallas. We were frustrated at first because we had contacted the finance manager at Np multiple times before and didn t hear back but once we contacted Derek, he followed through and corrected the mistake for us. 10/10 customer service for him and we are very appreciative that he was our rep.
One word describes this dealership, amazing. Having dealt with NP Lexus, I was excited to see that they had a WRX that I wanted on the lot. Derek is the gold standard of salesman, and a great ambassador for Subaru and North Park brands. Process was easy, got a great rate on my car and I smiled the entire first 1000 miles on it. Sadly a little trim piece came off, no big deal, took it to the local Subaru in Waco and saw how huge the gap NP Subaru has to everyone else. I felt like a burden asking for a part, even the service rep was indifferent that I just bought a new Subaru and wanted some help. I left disappointed and a little angry, so I texted Derek and within 2 days he ordered the part (at a way better rate than I was quoted), shipped it and I received it so my car can look brand new again. It s day 4 and I haven t heard back from the other dealership, and that s all you need to know about this place. Great people all around and I m blessed to have bought a car from them!
This was our first Subaru we ever purchased and after 1 week we are lifetime Subaru owners. We purchased a 2021 Outback Touring and we could not have a better salesman then Jose Crespo Soto. All the way from being greeted at the front reception desk and from final delivery it was by far the best experience we ever had at a dealership. We thought not in a million years we would get into a brand new vehicle and by the grace of God Dylan and Jose got it done. North Park Subaru has an amazing staff and is worth the time if your looking for a great vehicle. Thank you again Jose and Dylan for being amazing and a shoot out to the those that detailed and cleaned up our Outback y'all did an amazing job.
I can t speak enough to the service we had here. Joe went above and beyond what we could have asked for. I was looking at two different vehicles from different dealerships and it was neck and neck. If we went off the the sales experience, I would ve gone with Subaru hands down. The dealership salesman we ended up with was very kind and helpful and I appreciate what he was able to do for us, but Joe was an exceptional salesman and took the extra step to make sure we had a great car shopping experience. If anyone in the San Antonio area is looking for a vehicle, go to Joe at North Park Subaru, I can guarantee you ll be taken care of.
