I put my kid in acrobatic class. The class ALWAYS starts late and there are more than 12 kids in the class. Basically the class is more waiting then learning.
I have spoken personally on the phone and via email to the owner that I wish to cancelled to my surprise, I am charged for the monthly fee on my credit card!
If I did not check my charges, this would have been monthly ongoing basis. I have called my credit card company to block this merchant and dispute this charge; as the studio does NOT reply back to their emails unless you are a new student or enrolling.
Not a happy camper!
