Seems like they don't spend amy money on the hood parks

My grandson place football there. Nice place for the kids of ALL ages.

I've been here for movies in the park and a few other community events. It's great to have such a well maintained community open space on the north side. Playground equipment is solid too.

Clean, lots of open space, lots of shade. Water Park, Ball Fields, & Walking trails.

It was a good day for the children & parents & have some fun

Awesome park with Landscape Structures lastest and greatest playground equipment. Love the zip line.

The YMCA WAS BOGUS FOR NOT LETTING ADULTS WORKOUT AFTER SCHOOL HOURS

Great place to have a celebration out in the community with all kids adult and elderly it's was a blast what surprise me was the blue helicopter throwing balls down great thing to do

I don't hate North Commons, it's just it's not a safe park to have events etc. To much goes on there #SHOOTING, #GANGMEETINGS. I have grandkids and I'm scared then they are.. I was out on a nice warm day early noon and their it went shooting I ran in the house.. IT NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE BIT MORE SAFE. ALL PPL AREN'T BAD NOR AFFILIATED IN THAT NATURE. JUST WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME.

Community driven. Convenient, and childhood hangout

Water Slide, pool staffed w/lifeguards... Basketball court for hoops... Lots of shade... Friendly to kids.

No where to barQ at just sad big park but really nothing for the kids to play on but some 1980 stuff that's broken and old

The YMCA closing and denying adults employed age to discriminate. The YMCA is a Christian Association that was initially put in place on the north side to empower a people that needed healing. To use YMCA to shield bias prejudice and discrimination to further an a political agenda where adults a segregated is another for of Jim Crow

Summer is the time to enjoy this park. It has everything for active people/kids.

Awesome park, the pools are nice. Good community center. 2 pokestops and another across the street at the YMCA.

Beautiful area to go exploring with the family. Really neat trails and we loved seeing the ducks

This place is FAMILY FRIENDLY my kids and i had a blast!! definitely going again..

North common itself is a good place with positive program for kid, but it doesn't seem to reach out and influence the people and kid who come to the park. The a lot people who come here rude and disruptive, some staff seem to look the other way it make Not safe after dark.

Just not enough youthful presence. Not enlugh mentors.

IT'S ok, been to better parks. Watch yourself there.

Small park, not all the best amenities but friendly atmosphere, staff are kind.

#SquadofPlayersAdultKickballLeague every Sunday until the end of August games begin at 2:00! Fun for the whole family bring your grill and don't forget to pick up after yourself.

8/2/2018 still the best place to spend your Sunday with your friends and family come on out and enjoy the games! Lets see if Team "Nite Nite" recovers from their 1st loss in years...hope you can make it!

Awesome Adult kickball league every Sunday. BBQ, food, water and soda drinks. Great time!!! Enjoy

I played on their football team they are a good community I really like them
you go there and check it out

They have free Zumba classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm. You can also bring your children. There is also free aerobic weight training classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 6-7pm!

Wished they bring basketball back. And free swimming.

They offer free fitness classes for the community. They are super welcoming and nice.

I have been frequenting this place for the past one year and it has always been great.The space is very wide and very peaceful for relaxing.

Adult Kickball Summer league is soo fun, to play and watch

My son has been doing football, basketball, baseball for north commons since he was 5 yrs old and ive never had a issues with the staff or parents everyone wants your child to succeed in everything they do.....This upcoming year is his last year, he'll be doing sports in high school but am sure he'll missed coming and going but this park has set my son up for greatness!
