I've been here for movies in the park and a few other community events. It's great to have such a well maintained community open space on the north side. Playground equipment is solid too.

I don't hate North Commons, it's just it's not a safe park to have events etc. To much goes on there #SHOOTING, #GANGMEETINGS. I have grandkids and I'm scared then they are.. I was out on a nice warm day early noon and their it went shooting I ran in the house.. IT NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE BIT MORE SAFE. ALL PPL AREN'T BAD NOR AFFILIATED IN THAT NATURE. JUST WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME.

North common itself is a good place with positive program for kid, but it doesn't seem to reach out and influence the people and kid who come to the park. The a lot people who come here rude and disruptive, some staff seem to look the other way it make Not safe after dark.

8/2/2018 still the best place to spend your Sunday with your friends and family come on out and enjoy the games! Lets see if Team "Nite Nite" recovers from their 1st loss in years...hope you can make it!

They have free Zumba classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm. You can also bring your children. There is also free aerobic weight training classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 6-7pm!

My son has been doing football, basketball, baseball for north commons since he was 5 yrs old and ive never had a issues with the staff or parents everyone wants your child to succeed in everything they do.....This upcoming year is his last year, he'll be doing sports in high school but am sure he'll missed coming and going but this park has set my son up for greatness!
