North Coast Auto Mall of Akron Review

My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at a Nissan Pathfinder they had on the lot. Bill Rose was our sales consultant who got us in a test drive and car fax in hand within minutes. We were set on a Nissan Pathfinder however I wanted certain items and preferred we didn t have certain items, so you could say I was picky. We let Bill know we were not interested in that specific pathfinder and he asked exactly what we wanted and didn t. So poor Bill, I start unloading on him. Within minutes he gives us options from their other dealerships. He has someone sent to retrieve the car from the other dealership we selected and bring it to this current dealership. We took that one for a test drive and SOLD! We loved it. The process was flawless and easy!! Bill went over and above for us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Please make sure you ask for Bill.

I was very fortunate to have the saleswoman, Alecia and she was extremely helpful right from the start. I looked at a lot of SUV vehicle s from Audi, BMW and Lexus and Alecia was informative and helpful. She also helped me out with making sure everything was taken care of by the best touch up guys and details so I that I would love my vehicle at delivery... And let me tell you she did not disappoint!! I took possession today and I am very happy

Also when you buy your car from North Coast, ask to have G to take care of you!!! He is the man there. G did a phenomenal job on my X5 and I am a very picky individual.

Amazing amazing fast service! Bill was my sales rep that helped me through the whole process., I applied he had me an approved and into a vehicle before they closed all in all it took like 3 hours! Got me in a vehicle with under 25,000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty!! Etc. Great service I would highly recommend them I don t have the best of credit and it got me into a 2018!

Bill and Emily were absolutely amazing! Financing at a very young age is scary and takes a lot of time and patience for a salesman to have. They both spent over 4 hours explaining making sure I was confident and happy with my purchase. Even went the extra mile finding the right insurance policy to go with after they were closed. Highly recommend this place! Very compassionate workers.

My son purchased a beautiful BMW X5. The sales man Arien Seemann made it happen with the assist from the outstanding general manager. Check them... out people are traveling from around the country to get these deals.

Roman did an amazing job! He was courteous and patient as we changed cars 4 times! I could not be happier with how fair I was treated and the support staff was also great!!

I just had the best Experience buying my first car at North Coast Auto Mall Akron. Logan was my Sales Associate and took great care of me I was able to get the car I Wanted and the girl in Finance Jamie made sure my payments were exactly where I wanted them to be!!!
