This place was a great place to buy a car. Bought a 12 Malibu for 4 g s. No pressure at all. Highly recommend..If you don t like car shopping come here it was actually a fun experience.

So I spoke for a day or 2 with TJ the salesman and he was nothing but truthful and honest. I appreciate the honesty. He is great at his job and I would recommend finding him if you're interested in a vehicle. He will not give you the run around that is usually given when buying a car.

Hello there: I was at "Budget Car Mart" ..a year ago in March I had saved up money to buy a nice vehicle to get to work. I live in Bedford hts the dealership is in Norton Ohio about a 40 minute drive or so. I saw a truck wanted to look at it was a 2008 Ford Expedition El grey. I took the truck on a test drive for about 10 minutes or so. I liked it.. the sales person told me the battery runs down sometime, but other than that it's a good running truck. I said I can get a new battery,and I purchased the truck. I drove it to my street and it stop running I pushed it in my driveway. I went to get a new battery,and I put it in the truck. I latter drove the truck that day, it was shaking and acting weird it cut off on me again this time I had towed it to a shop to have it tested.they got back to me in a few days to tell me that the computer was shot and the engine was about to blow.they also said it would cost more to fix the truck then the true value of the truck.I was saddened.I didn't have that type of money. I then called and emailed the "Budget Car Mart" they kept blowing me off they never responded to any of my attempts to contact them ..the service they gave me was terrible.I am a #Veteran they thank me for my service when I purchase the truck. I paid over $3k for this truck not including repairs...I never put more than a hundred miles on this truck and had to scrap it,they treated me a #NavyVeteran like I didn't matter to this day I have never received any contact with "Budget Car Mart" I just wanted another car or truck because..
that was a #LEMON!!!! My hope is that i'm the only who had this type of experience I will never purchase a car from this lot again,they did me wrong!!

Budget Car Mart in Norton Ohio is a great place to purchase a new ride! They have a great selection of good vehicles. This is a place that I would recommend to any one looking for a reliable car. The salesman Adam was very professional and honest. I love my new van it drives great! This is the place to go if you need a safe dependable new ride!

I have purchased two vehicles from Budget Car Mart in Norton, and neither outlived the temporary tags ! Just recently, I needed a vehicle and I saw a listing at this location. I was wary, but thought maybe I would give them a second chance...
The car I purchased this time around test drove great and looked to be in decent condition; it seemed very well taken care of despite the high mileage. Not a week later on my way to work, a wheel flew off ! And now since last week, the transmission is in need of a 2000+ dollar repair.
Budget Car Mart sells UNSAFE vehicles, I could very well have lost my life driving this car ! They make it a point not to say a word about each car either, because they know what they're selling ! Take your hard-earned money somewhere else, don't waste it at Budget Car Mart !

Nice cars but make sure you take the car to a mechanic before buying it.. the car I was intrested in had gas in the oil.. the staff was very nice though .. just remember everything that glitters ain't gold get it fully checked before purchasing

I bought a car here 5 years ago was 100% Happy! Well it's car search time again for me and I was pleased to see a great deal on line for a car I really liked here again!! When I got there I was given 100% run around and was being played for a fool!
On line was a New years special for 2010 Fusion $2,500. When I get there sticker on car says $7,000. I questioned the situation and the sales man said he would be right back. He was, but only to whisper in my ear that I didn't want that car because the transmission was going out of it, but he had a great deal on another vehicle! A Dodge avenger with over 200,000 miles! I am offended by this sales tactic because it's unethical to say the least! I will not return and do not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money at a place trying to steal it!

I ve bought many cars at the Akron lot and had great experiences. But all the cars here were junk. Some of them not even safe to test drive. However, the variety they have is amazing and the sales people are great. The manager (I m assuming he s manager because he never introduced himself) was quite rude and caused me to walk away from the place and I will likely never return. Just be very careful when shopping here and try to ignore the condescending manager.

They suck sold me a messed up car for 5000.00 and a day later check engine light came on and has a bunch of issues. I recommend you do not go here to buy a car. They are not honest at all.
