Alot of good deals but need to be a little more organized by the "stuff" section. Staff and workers in back are great.
Good sized thrift store
I hate how this place smells (like most thrift stores) but I got a really good coat for only$10.00 and I know if was worth at least $50.00.
Its a good sized store you can find some good deals if you have time to go through the inventory. The store is fairly organized and they do make an effort with the displays.
Interesting stuff. Found $150 dollar wieght bench for $35. Great find.
Danny is great to work for, it's nice knowing I help make a little difference in the world, hopefully GOD has much more work for me in the field of helping people. Shout out to my little brother... CARLOS.
Went yesterday not much to pick fromd to the condition of the clothing if your looking for a good find go elsewhere. It also smelled like homeless people in the dressing room found dirty clothing including men's underwear. Gross
There's really not a lot here unless maybe if you're looking for furniture. The store always feels empty and the clothing section feels like it's filled with the leftover clothes that other thrift shops couldn't sell (small selection too). I keep coming back here but I'm disappointed I made the trip every time. It's a shame because it is a good cause there's just nothing worth bringing home. One of the most disappointing thrift shops I've been to.
Super nice staff, lots of selection that changes every day! Plus helping the homeless! A definite must go!
Disappointing, mostly furniture. Everything spread out to make the store look full.
Blessings, they would really give less appreciation to the cocas, they did not have much clothing
Shop there often. Much cleaner and organized than it used to be.
Our experience the second time met with disheartening content, we paid for two chairs including delivery, instead of our chairs being delivered we received a rather non-sympathetic phone call stating...we sold your chairs, we are offering you a full refund take it or leave it, I won't go any further on the incompetences of this staff blaming one another.
Love love this store. Found great quality clothing hear for very cheap. And found a great leather couch for $32 bucks. Great place to drop by for good finds and clothing. Organization is pretty good but if you really want to find some good things you have to just make sure you take your time looking through clothing. Love the store. And they have great sales. Love their $5 bag sale. If you for everything in one plastic bag everything is for $5. What a blessing!
Thrift store many items daily sales. Item range from clothes to house hold items
Great store. Found a real bargain on a tablet holder/reader.
Good luck trying to volunteer here. Haven't gotten a single call back with multiple promises to do so. Also, they won't answer their store telephone. How is this benefitting the community?
Decent thrift store. I had hoped for a larger children's clothing selection, but it was pretty small.
Dont waste your time. They close sporadically even though the sign on the door says there open to 5pm
Will not return!
Walked in looking for a couch because im moving and got a great deal on a modern couch! This place has been hiding. I saw some other things im going back to get for my apartment
Great staff....friendly and helpful....good selection!
This place is huge and have very good items and friendly staff which make a place.
They have great prices on furniture, but the prices on clothing are outrageous. $9 for basically any piece of clothing in the store. You can buy new clothes for less.
Went in this place today for the first time and had a great experience. Fun to look around, great prices and very nice staff.
Friendly people they are organizing looking good already
After packing up the car, my family and I were on our way to donate to the new Raleigh Rescue Mission on Capital Boulevard. We called the store beforehand and the automated message stated that the donations are accepted from 9am-5pm on Saturday. My family got there around 4:15. When we arrived I called because the back door was locked and no employee was to be found. Another family was able to convince an employee, Steve, to open their donation center to take their perishable food. Meanwhile, our SUV full of great condition clothing was refused and turned down, not only my family but a few other families as well. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before having an encounter with Steve who literally refused our clothing! He told us to come back another time because according to Steve the donation period ended at 4pm when in reality the automated message and website for Raleigh Rescue Missions stated donations are accepted from 9-5pm. Frankly, Steve didn't seem to care at all, not about those in need, the donors giving or the Mission!
Do better Raleigh Rescue Mission!
Nice people. Good Christian cause. Donating items give those less fortunate hope, encouragement and Christ's love to one another.
A little light on merchandise right now. Go in and see what they do have. Great cause and local helping hand.
I found them to be extremely overpriced on furniture
Hard to find what i was looking for. People mix things up.
Kind staff, great prices, and alot of good options.
Great staff. Lots of stuff...some good finds if you hit the shop at the right time.
Great deals for an incredible cause. I love knowing that my donations & purchases go to help out disadvantaged men, women & families right here in Raleigh. Definitely Donate, Shop & Volunteer here!
Great quality and staffing. All sorts of hidden little gems
Just donated a large portion of my recently passed away father's clothes. Not even a "thank you" from any one of the three people I talked with. Nothing. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
Started out being good however, the merchandise is nasty and pretty unsanitary. Also, the bathrooms are nasty as well. I would steer clear and stick with Goodwill.
Hit the thrift store jackpot today. New hats and new socks at thrift store prices - go to back of store. Low sodium canned veggies and Starbucks coffee cup. All for about 12 bucks. I went in for a winter hat and came out with 3 bags. Oh well.
I went today to buy some furniture that I had looked at all week. I arrived at 8:30am even though i know they opened at 10. I stood outside the door starting at 9 to ensure that I would be the first to the item of my choice. They ppened the doors at 10:02am and not to me first but someone who was on the other side that showed up less than minutes before they opened. I went in and let them know that I was here first and I wanted to buy it but the person already took the tag off of the item. The manager also told me that he had to sell the items as a set, when I had been looking at the set all week ,so I know that the store had allowed somepeices to be sold separately. So my overall experience was Terrible. It made me feel as though this store does not value person and time. It also made me feel like they will tell you anything informer to sell an item.
It seems like nobody is working just a butch of people standing and siting around
Very friendly and helpful staff. Needs a senior discount program. Such as 10% 6 days a week and 50% on a weekday.
Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of new inventory daily. With all proceeds helping the homeless in Raleigh, it's a great place to shop for a bargain!
My go-to place for used furniture, clothing, and household items. Just love it!
