When ever I have had to call the company. The people I talked to were all very nice and helpful.
I have been trying to contact NC Mutual concerning a mistake they made concerning an elderly parent. Their contact process via their website does not work which to me is an indication of poor customer service. Further an elderly policy holder should not be put in the position of asking an attorney to help them because of a potential Insurance company mistake, unconscionable.
Please do not deal with this company. They are in receivership and are not paying out death benefits or your savings in cash value polices. This company should be shut down. Company does not even deserve a star.
Staff is great however I think tbye need to revisit their policies when dealing with people trying to settle estates.
My mom had insurance policy on me for 18 years I have my own insurance now we reached out to the policy and now they wouldn't let us cash out
Truly disappointed, I have been calling trying to get in contact with an agent for almost three weeks now, Still no response. When I call customer service let me tell you how rude they are, I just don t like being talked to like there is no other options. All they tell me is they can t get in touch with an agent, ok so how do I open a policy ? Well you have to get in contact with an agent. Ok but your not helping me get in contact with an agent. They just seem very rude and snappy in customer service, She told me I did all that I was supposed to do and now the responsibility doesn t fall on this department no more. Ok great, so what now ? all I want to do is open a policy, hopefully I hear from someone soon & I pray I have a better experience. I will be more than happy to change my one star to a five.
