North Brooklyn Runners Review

Just had a wonderful time here! I went in looking for a new pair of shoes to try to eliminate some pain I've experienced from learning to run - and Kate was incredibly helpful! She didn't even start off by trying to sell me shoes; instead, she talked to me about the problem and even considered other issues like if I was just tying my laces too tightly before we even got to the shoes. Incredible customer service and great shopping experience!

Great stuff. I had a super helpful video fitting with Sarah where we narrowed the shoes I might be interested in and she gave me some really helpful training advice. I then had a really great fitting with Zach in Williamsburg. The store felt comfortable and well-ventilated, and the staff was thoroughly helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Super excellent experience getting fitted and advised on some new running shoes. Steve was great, brought out four options, and was generally interested in helping me find the perfect shoe. I pulled the trigger on the new Nike Invincible Run. Love them. It was a great experience at Brooklyn Running Company. I will definitely be back!

The staff is so kind and helpful. They have a great selection of running shoes and are so knowledgeable on which shoe can work best for your foot and stride. Love this store so much.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly by a staff member. Soon after, Zach introduced himself and asked me questions to help him find the right shoes for me. He also looked at my feet and assessed how I walk/run. He went to the back, came back with 2 options. Zach was friendly, welcoming, and knows his stuff. Very impressed. And yes, I walked out of there with the shoes he recommended.

The only shoe store that you have to shop at. The customer experiences is top tier.

I came in with knee pain and shin splints, Justin helped me find the perfect shoe. The hoka arahi 5.

For my specific issue he reccomend an stability shoe to fix my pronation issue (which was causing the pain) and one with max cushioning that is more forgiving on the joints.

And what a word of difference it makes. The knee pain is greatly reduced and I did my best run all week breaking the shoe in. I know where to go the next time I need an new shoe.

I have a wonderful experience shopping for a great pair of running shoes. Customer service here is excellent as employees are knowledgeable and take their time with customers. Zach helped me find the perfect running shoes and was very helpful and patient. I got helpful training tips, and tips on other running gear. I had an overall outstanding experience. If you re looking to buy a pair of running shoes this is the place to get them!

I recently visited this location to buy new running shoes and received excellent customer service. Raquel is an incredible customer associate. She assessed my gait and helped me pick out the perfect running shoe for my needs! She was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. I will definitely come to this location again and recommend it to my friends and family.
