As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly by a staff member. Soon after, Zach introduced himself and asked me questions to help him find the right shoes for me. He also looked at my feet and assessed how I walk/run. He went to the back, came back with 2 options. Zach was friendly, welcoming, and knows his stuff. Very impressed. And yes, I walked out of there with the shoes he recommended.
