Excellent Pharmacy with lovely staff. Great opening hours!

For all of you that don't have a good word about the staff that work in their I suggest you spend a day working there its probably the first days work you have done in a long time. Them girls in their do nothing but try and help people under pressure . They work till 10 pm with all walks of life going in their Good and bad fearing for their own safety on some occasions. So what ever mistakes have or have not happened just remember you could go elsewhere. . Thanks you to all that work in their. .

Amazing. Answered the phone promptly and on a Sunday ... quickly confirmed they had what I needed. The staff member who I saw when I went to the pharmacy in person was friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Have a prescription for my son since he was 6 months old which is SUPPOSED to ready every month so we don't have to put in prescriptions. He is now 15 months and they still never have it available!! Also they discriminate because I have a pushchair so can't get up the stairs and refused to bring it out to me as they are ALWAYS understaffed. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET IT??? APPALLING!

The pharmacy is terrible The girls are very rude I got angry with the way they spoke to me make me go backwards and forwards I spoke to someone at the Front desk and they tell me that they have my prescription so I went back to the pharmacy me tell me that I tell u to go speak to Dispensary but in a high pitch voice They were too lazy to look making me backwards and forwards So be warned that the they rude some are not thought

Rude people. Lack of knowledge. To say I diagnosed myself to the doctor was ridiculous. You ask to see a male nurse or male doctor and to be told one is not available is I complete joke

Staff are surly and unhelpful. Accusatory (nothing is ever THEIR fault). Patronising. Rude. ...This Pharmacy used to have happy staff willing to help and always friendly. The Pharmacist there now is confrontational and aggressive. I am a nurse of over 30 years practice and have tried to stay loyal to this pharmacy, but now refuse to see the NHS and those of us who work very hard within it be brought down by this appalling lack of caring. compassion and professionalism. We deserve better.
