The facilities are amazing it s 14 properties and u get to use all the amenities if ur staying at one. The staff is super helpful friendly and extremely professional especially Marcia, Gabriel, Johanna and Amanda. Family friendly and it s one block away from the ocean and the famous Fort Lauderdale strip. I booked for one night ended up staying 3weeks.
We had a great stay , the room was perfect and the staff was awesome! We were one block from the beach you could see it from the hotel ! It was my birthday and my nieces and I went for the weekend , Miguel at the front desk took care of everything , he upgraded our room ,sent a bottle of wine and gave us discounts on the cafe ! He is awesome ! We definitely plan on going again and staying with them .
Gabriel was amazing. His Customer service skills are on point.
Windows for basically screens you can hear everything and smell people smoking when they went by the room. For some reason they had music playing early 630am Jan 1. Hot tub work but no Jets, pools were cold. Staff was nice close to the beach that's about it.
I had a great time staying at the North beach hotel where the accommodations and staff were amazing and helpful. Especially one of your employees named Marcia who was attentive and courteous and always helpful with a smile.I will definitely return due to the service I've received.

Jose and Marcia were absolutely warm and fabulous hosts along with the other hotel staff! were courteous professional and very accommodating There wad nothing big or small that was requested and not received with a smile . It was my son turning 41 and my granddaughter turning 18 birthday weekend and we had a magnificent time!! We reserved the Family Suite family which was spacious and immaculate! The grounds were very inviting and the beach was around the corner I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel when you come to Fort Lauderdale and hope you have the pleasure of being pampered by Jose and Marcia RG

Needs a little TLC, but great location and nice service. The room was nice for 1 night, but the shower drained very slowly.
The place was great and had a great location. Amanda was an absolute Delight to work with and took care of everything we needed for us. I highly recommend this place.
The staff was awesome they were very helpful the rooms were very clean and they made sure we had all the amenities we needed for the week stayed I recomend this hotel very highly if your looking for a nice hotel at a great price and Marcia, gabriel and Amanda were very professional and very helpful they went out of there way multiple times for us thank you north beach hotel for everything
Great location to hang out but to sleep was a bit challenging. Lights from outside shine directly in the room. My room did not have a TV remote asked for one said they would bring one and they never showed up. The worse part was all night people were talking really loud the walls are very thin.

Its sparse but if you just need somewhere to sleep between adventures it's great. The staff absolutely cannot be beat anywhere I've stayed the world over. No attitudes, no huffy bored stares just all smiles and helpful as can be. The down side is we went in late March. Too too many drunk, stupid spring breakers. Loud yelling, singing, crying whining kids. Drama happening at every turn, stumbling drunks all over leaving trash, towels on the balconies. The staff got onto the brats but they couldn't keep up. That said, I'd go back. Good location, easy walk to whatever you need just a block off the beach.

The atmosphere and environment was absolutely breathtaking, it in fact looked like a mini resort. I do feel like it's overpriced for the basics that you get as far as the rooms. Their small and dont have cable or continental breakfast. You would think after spending $600 for a stay at least breakfast would be included.
Staff is friendly and very pleasant to be around. They made my frantic trip to Lauderdale feel a little bit more like a vacation.
I stay at the NBVR hotels once a month. I am getting more disappointing things that go wrong. In Dec, I stayed there. The TV was not working. It did not work the entire weekend that we were there. One of the light bulbs in the bedroom was out. & there was a roach in the bathroom. I advised the front desk upon checking out the next morning, however, it seemed that the front desk employee was overwhelmed or did not care. If there are such incidents & the customer brings them to the attention of the front desk. They should be resolved. Instead, all I heard was thank you, I will let them know.
The experience was excellent, the hotel decor is very pretty. It is close to the beach and restaurants and pool are very clean recommend it.
