Brought my wife in for covid like symptoms, we had to wait in our car for 4 hours before they told us anything and then a another 5 hours to find out what is makeing her sick

If you want to live don t go to NARMC they are the rudest bunch of people I ve ever seen

If you want your symptoms to be completely dismissed then go here. This place is appalling and needs to be shut down. I m sick and tired of doctors spending less than 30 seconds on their patients. The dismissive attitude of the staff is atrocious. I get it, Covid is raging right now but other ailments do in fact still exist believe it or not.

I was recently tajen to the NARMC ER by ambulance for a severe breathing issue. The people in the ambulance were kind and efficient. I was scared to death and they helped me calm down. When we got to the hospital the people that took over from there were also kind, answered questions, did lab work efficiently and calmed me down am until my husband got there.

They never help fix what's wrong they always just try to give me antibiotics now matter what I go in for. Even when I came in miscarriaging. I waited for over 6 hours in severe pain bleeding a lot due to miscarriage and then waited in the hallway on a bed for another 3 hours no one even talked to me tell they desided to discharged me. I'm still in pain a month later. I have been having pain under my left ribs but I see no point on going to the hospital since they won't do anything to help me.

Trying to access the COVID 19 Vaccine Registration site on my phone was a joke, but not a laughing matter. Went to a desk top, for me the site was still not user friendly. OF course, people that know me, know that I don't 1/2 the time know what I'm talking about and in no position to make a negative judgment on our esteemed, award winning, beloved Hospital. But in public interest, do volunteer a few minutes, for those in need of getting registered..741-2883..

Feels more like a prison than a hospital. Couldnt leave the room after my son was born for 3 days. No smoking no nothing. They told me the only thing that they can do is go to vending machine for me, not allow me to go but go for me to get gum. This place is ridiculous and the OB ward has some serious control issues. Have your baby somewhere else.

Diagnosis was strep throat. They had the lab test me for it and it came back negative. They continued to say the test is wrong they know. Now I have a rash all s cross my body sores on my face and no idea what s wrong and they won t even let me in the door. They are neglecting my medical situation. Ignorant people. I don t know anything about the law. But this can t be okay

This should be ZERO STARS!!!!! Worst experience dealing with staff at any hospital. Nurses who aren t certified in diagnosing mental health issues continued to state my father was sound minded and would refuse to do a psych evaluation. Even tried to speak with a social worker and she refused to try to help the situation.... These medical personnel take an oath to help their patients and to never do harm yet here they are breaking that oath! Do not send family members here if you truly care about their health or wellbeing!!!!!

I am not sure why I come back here. There may be decent wards, but the ER is a joke. We spent 3 hours for a wound that needed stitches. The urgency was non existent from admissions to treatment. Not only for us but for everyone to be seen. I would hate to have a life threatening injury that wasn t obvious.
