Everything about my mother's experience at this Hospital was exceptional. My mom broke her hip on the Island when visiting friends. From the EMT and Paramedics who brought her in, to the ER staff, surgery teams, nurses, cnas, doctors, PAs, food service team, OT, PT, and everyone else was friendly, efficient and made her feel well cared for.

The Hospital is beautiful. It looks like a 5 star hotel, with wood floors, beautiful private rooms and original Island artwork. Patient rooms have a view of the ocean or the lovely rooftop garden, where patients and visitors can also sit outside. They also have a pull out sofa visitors can sleep on.

My Mom and I were surprised by the excellent quality of the food. First of all, if you are visiting a patient, they graciously provide you a meal. I couldn't believe it. The menu for patients is diverse and varies for those with dietary restrictions. My mother, who knows good food, has been here for almost a month and has not gotten tired if the food or the choices yet! I had the yankee pot roast one night and it was heavenly. The meat was so tender and the flavors were perfect. I'd order it in any restaurant.

Bottom line, if you or your loved ones need medical care, you will be very happy with every aspect of your care here.

I had a bad fall on a very busy night. Everyone was very efficient and kind. I had a bit of a wait but totally understand that there were people who needed attention immediately. This is a wonderful and professional hospital.

Two weeks later still waiting on results that should take 30 minutes

Great Hospital with lots of services for its size and location. Friendly and helpful staff. Really nice doctors that our attentive and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner.

That team saved my life, guide by Jesus! I was on apartment where we can see this beautiful sunset late afternoon, with diagnose of DVT and Pulmonary embolism. I was treated and received very attention and could get back to my country.

I love this hospital it s helped my family a lot but I m upset with what the doctors had to say my daughter hurt her foot 2 years ago and the doctor there said my husband was crazy and a idiot for telling me to bring my daughter to the hospital a year later my daughter hurt her foot (strain) and from then on her feet kept hurting her and I was given the awnser it s a minor sprain and well maybe she shouldn t play like that and we were told that atleast 7 times in just one summer and then we were sent to a orthopedic who told us it was a minor sprain and it would heal in a week it took them 6 months to get my daughter to a professional I m just upset about this

Awful! Went there in pain and can t hardly walk. I ve tried to get in to podiatry but have been unsuccessful for the last year no answers or call backs. Went in to ER to have them remove the issue which they did the year prior. The PA, Lateefah Pree refused to help me and said they don t do that there, even though they did last year. She instead sent me away with an opioid pain killer which I can t take due to hyper sensitivity to medications and allergies which should be in my charts since disclosed on intake. Told me to call podiatry, which I already explained has been unsuccessful.

Have been waiting for 3.5 hours in emergency room, thanks God it was not live or die emergency, finally after 3.5 hours I just left because they didn't know when they will have doctor available to see me... awful place...
