I was going to write a letter to the owner but why bother i know he won't care that his managers are terrible and that they can't get new employes to stick around because the lady in charge there is abusive and it's true that only the favorites "move up" to 50 cents more! If the owner keeps the manager and the lady there then i doubt they'll get permanent employes. good luck anyways most of the people there are nice and respectful.

Linda is the worst. I do not understand how she has survived with her permanent sour attitude and disrespect for other human beings. I found out she sells coins on the side, mostly at senior centers (pre-pandemic) and she seems to treat her customers with the same disdain. I'd beware if you are working for this "company" or are a client.

The owner is a complete a$$ and the manager for the administrative staff at the time that I worked there was off her rocker!!! Micro managed by her and treated like a nothing from the owner, Mike. Too bad they are such nasty people.

They take advantage of their workers and lack of respect for them! If you speak up or give an opinion don't be surprised to be fired with no explanation. Expectations are to high for a minimum wage pay. There have been workers with plus years there and still dont get a decent raise. Don't even allow extra hours unless you are a favorite, efforts are not appreciated.
