Experience to avoid, stressed and very hard atmosphere !!!

I have been working at Norphone Production for a few months. I think it's great because there are several nationalities working there. I was in a great team and also made friends there.

For me, since I had little knowledge of the French language before, this job was a great opportunity to gain a foothold in Paris.
Before my arrival, I was even helped to find an apartment, since the housing market in Paris is really not easy.
I have been with this company for about 8 months now and I feel really comfortable. The work is fun and the work colleagues are great!

Not an international company, fearful management, customers who hang up and complain about being robbed!

At norohone the working atmosphere is very pleasant. It is also very enriching to work with colleagues of various and varied nationalities. Personally, I've been working in this company for over a year and I can't see the weeks go by!

I currently work at Norphone in the French team and contrary to what we can see in the opinion the atmosphere is great and the work interesting.

Colleagues from several different countries therefore a lot of interesting subjects to discuss knowing that they all speak French and English so no communication problems (and it's not every day that we can work with people coming from different country).
The head of the French team is a golden person who is also very human who always pulls the sales people up to keep them in a good mood all day. A boss who asks for goals but like in any trading company I want to say and the bonuses go with the goals so in the end it is something that motivates us, overall it is quite flexible and do not cop us as it is written below but like any boss it has a role to play after all we are paid so we are committed in return to just do our job, breaks for smokers or non-smokers a very flexible company above. And especially an interesting field with lots of things to learn and which can give solid weapons for the continuation of a career in Norphone or elsewhere.
So yes it's on the phone it's hard people can be unpleasant at times but it's rare and we have very good training that allow us to quickly get there and above all we have to be relational in a conversation so in the end we can also discuss very interesting subjects on the phone with people we will never see and who are very friendly.

If you can be a good salesperson on the phone you can be a good salesperson in any field. A very good experience which I therefore highly recommend.

The positive attitude. The worst enemy on the phone is yourself, anyone can do it. 2 sentences said by the head of the French team that allow us all to move forward while remaining in a good mood.

Scammers. Stay away. They tell you that they do the essay instead they liquidate at least a quarter of the value.
Low league cheaters

I fully agree with Mr Del Sordo. Dental technicians goldsmiths attention! Norphone Production RTC works in a non-transparent and very doubtful way. The same type of auriferous powders refined in Valenza usually give a title of pure gold from 3 to 5%, with them they gave a title of 0.04. Go elsewhere.

Pleasant international colleagues but the little chef not at all, in the flight area

I worked at Norphone for several years, I found friends more than colleagues, the atmosphere in the team was very nice :). At the time, I did not speak French, it's a good job to start with a contract and regular schedules. It's a call center, so do not imagine anything easy ... but with a little irony, you'll surely arrive.

Norphone production is meant for fighters who like to work as a team and to find their happiness at the same time. Multicultural ambience with specific tasks to accomplish. If someone spends certain time in this company will be fit to survive any working environment...

So I give this company 5 stars and can't understand the negative comments here.
I have already worked here for 1.5 years in the past and after a short break I started working for Norphone again a few weeks ago. I think the best sign is that the work here is really worth it and it's just awesome.
The work is cool and, above all, very pleasant, great international colleagues and great superiors. You can talk to your superiors about anything and they always have an open ear for you. You can also earn really well, which is important in a great city like Paris. :) You work right next to the Eiffel Tower and who can say that? :)
So if you like working with customers and potential customers like me, then this is definitely a great address!

And now one message in english for all of you, who means to write negative comments: "Have you ever worked for Norphone? Yes? Really? I don't think so! Absolutely not! Because if you ever have worked for this company, you wouldn't say anything disrespectful and you wouldn't give a wrong image to this company! "
