Drivers that are loading here and going to Des Moines,IA or anywhere else.. make sure they don't forget to put a seal on your trailer or else your load will be rejected at receiving. I'm dealing with that right now. The put a seal number on my paperwork and forgot to put the seal on. Now they are blaming me. Ive done this load more then 5 times already and this never happened before. So again ...take pictures of the seal ..make sure they do as well. Just looking out for the next person.
This place is awful. If you get sent for a pickup just say NO!! Came here and had to go across their non certified scales 3x's in and 3x's out so they could get a weight. Guy said it was not overweight. Go to CATscale and guess what..overweight!! They load it on the drive axles only and leave 20ft of trailer empty in back because that's how the customer wants it. Get told to come back and the guy would be here to unload and shift but he never came.been waiting now 13 hours. He then said it was 200lbs overweight when we left but he said it wasn't problem. He LIED about the weight. He LIED about the coming back to fix it. So now we wait. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!
