Bought new shirt for upcoming meeting Excellent service and value

Was racially profiled by the manager and staff. Saw a leather jacket I liked and decided to try it on and for some reason had all eyes staff on me. I didnt mind until the manager insisted on helping us after I denied him twice. The small jacket I tried on was a bit tight so since he insisted on helping I asked if they had a medium. He then took the small I tried on and said there was a medium in the back. Never came back with the small or medium. I felt really insulted especially with how obvious they made it seem that they thought I was stealing. I was beyond offended and walked out. First time going to a Nordstrom and definitely never going to one again.
The # 1 store in California..chic..see and be seen...coffee..clothing to fine dinning..just love it..our beautiful sumny paradise..

Snuck into Nordstroms yesterday to find that one gift ... and found it before my first lap on the ground floor!! There's always a nice 'something' to find there ... with ease ... and within one's budget. Merry Christmas!! :))
Beautiful floor layout. Great selection of merchandise in jewlery, makeup and shoes. However, the customer service is poor. This place needs a serious overhaul of their staff. My mom, a lady and myself kept asking for service at makeup counter. No one helped us.
Went to Westfield Plaza in LJ. Easy parking for access to Nordstrom & restaurant.
Very nice , I ask for 3 different pairs of sandals some shoes, at the beginning the lady was very patient but at the end not so good.. Michael M was definitely the best!!!!!
Love my Mac team at this store! Always up on the new makeup and trends, which if you ask them I hardly ever wear but I always like to know whats going on. I used to be in the beauty industry so I like to keep tabs still in it. Their Hoilday line its the best ever!!! I bought the silver sparkle shadow and its so pretty!
