Can just somebody teach the people at the counter to be a little bit nice to say stuff like "hi", "how can I assist you?" Or "have a good night" and etc. Basic communication instead of they look at you like you are a criminal! Especially men shoe department. Seriously!
A woman working in shoes stopped my wife and I at 8:45pm and told us we need to leave because they are closing. The store closes at 9pm and there were tons of customers still shopping. She was extremely rude and it s strange she singled us out and told us to leave. Nordstrom management needs to train their employees in customer service skills.

I had order something online. Walked in the store the day of the event and it was wrapped for me in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Well, there would be small fee if you upgrade. But since I m environmentally friendly, I think their box with the ribbon is nice and elegant enough; no need for anything else.
Always a favorite place to shop for the incredible customer service. Sales representatives are kind and helpful. Returns and exchanges are simple as are reasonable price adjustments when your purchase goes on sale within 30 days. Nordstrom's selection has something (or many things) for everyone!
So clean, such nice presentation of goods, and so far staff is always friendly.
If you made it to this juice bar with all the super great delicious tasty smoothies and snacks and pastries then you know you came to the right place and then you could go back and shop some more while you drink your best coffee or the best smoothies
Customer service is not what is used to be employees are extremely rude they don't offer you different options of product or you know even extra little samples in your bags they just don't care anymore for the customers. I used to love to come in here and shop all the time, it was my favorite store to come to here in topanga Mall. Unfortunately now I shop the Sherman Oaks at Bloomingdale's it reminds me when I used to shop at Topanga Canyon Nordstrom.

Great service as usual but miss their old layout for fragrances. Their split up men's and women's scents seems disjointed when there are so many scents that are unisex. I feel like this is a step backwards. In a society where we have non binary identification more relavent, this division by gender will need to go back to the old school setups to be more inclusive, if not just to keep customers from now looking in 2 places to find fragrances they are looking for.
I have been shopping at this Nordstroms, for over 15 years. And I love the way management has formed a team of great individuals and salespeople. Awesome! Oh, and the merchandise is great too.
