I had the most awful experience at this Salon. I ended up leaving my appointment in tears with half processed hair because I asked to see the color swatch of the tone of brown my stylist would be using. Ive never had a worse experience. I was utterly shocked at their level of unprofessionalism and empathy towards clients. Having your hair colored/styled is supposed to make a woman feel beautiful...instead I left in tears and was told the stylist refused to color my hair because I should trust her judgement and not ask to see the color. I'm so upset. The stylists name is Morgan. I would advise anyone in the eastside area to give your business to another Salon. Customers clearly do not come first here and yet they charge Eastside prices. If I were the owner I'd be mortified at the behavior of my employees namely Morgan and Kerri.

The owner and stylists are all so talented! Will always trust La La Luxe with my hair!!

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful salon. I always leave feeling beautiful, no matter the service or the stylist. Leah recently added bright pink to my hair and I m obsessed with the way it looks! The vibes are always super chill and everyone is very friendly. If you re looking for a new salon, look no further. The stylist was kind and professional but not experienced enough for me. My hair feels fried and when she applied wax to my brows I felt her doing it against the grain. Nothing really came off so I just ended up getting them threaded afterwards.

Can t say better things about this gem of a salon. Bright, sunny atmosphere. Top notch stylists....blondes take note....you ll be more addicted to your blonde after one of the stylists gets a hold of your hair!! Love it and won t go anywhere else! Thank you, Leah, and staff, for so many years of great hair and service!

I went here to see the stylist Lindsey who "specialized" in curly hair. She ran out of time for the appt after doing a full highlight and root blend. She asked if I could come back tomorrow to do the cut and I could not so she left while I was under the dryer and came back after she did what she had to do. The color was nice but not as blond as I wanted it. This was no fault of the stylist as I had a lot of growth. I was told if it wasn't blond enough she would do it again in a few weeks. I called a week later to book another high light with the same stylist. A few days later she sent me a long texts saying that we were not a good fit for each other and she did not want to do my hair again. I think she did not want to do my hair again because it is very thick and she didn't want to spend too much time on 1 customer. To text a customer and tell them that you don't like them as a person and you don't want to do their hair because it's too challenging, is terrible. If you don't have "easy hair" this stylist won't like you and they will make you feel you are more trouble than your worth. My Deva Curl cut was also cut too short on 1 side and after she styled my hair the curls were more frizzy than they were defined.

I have been patronizing this salon for the past seven years. Experienced, creative and personable stylists keep me loyal. Always an upbeat, positive atmosphere and up to the minute style.
