I was inside to see a file. In floor 14, there was good sound but the comfort of the seats was poor, but the hall is incredibly nice, fits the building well

It was far, far too cold. We froze the whole movie through.

A whole building with only movie entertainment. Great concept.

Good cinema, but too long queue for toilets and popcorn

We recently watched Doctor Strange in this cinema and I was not very impressed by the Auditorium/Theater. More specifically number 10. The seats are more or less positioned with almost no elevation so I had to watch a head in front of me through out the whole movie! Not the best experience!

Nice movie theater and always shows the best movies! Slightly spicy prices, but otherwise it's good!

Hall 11 ... Game bad chairs! Made the experience poor and not particularly pleasant.

Nice place, just a shame they run many popular and big movies in the small halls.

Good service and nice movie, maybe it was just a bit too slow at ticket sales otherwise it was as it should be :)

I like Palads very much. I prefer movie theater that are a bit smaller. Palads actually has big room too. I prefer Palads a lot more than Cinemaxx for example.

The pink building is very eye catching. The teatre room I was in was quite small and was pleasantly surprised, it was quite cozy.

Rarely I come to the cinema, but a nice experience, but the kiosk lacks some seriously good chocolate.

It's so big that it's always a bit of mixed pleasure.
The bio prices are too high and the accessories for the film are totally rubbish.
The worst is if you come into a flat floor, it can be difficult to see properly.

Fantastic building, nice enough screens, located dead center of city, right by S-tog.

Just saw Spiderman far from home and it was great. Theater was nice and very unique in it's look

I'm happy to use the Palace in the afternoon where there aren't that many people. My problem with Palace is that the rows are almost the same height, so it can be difficult to see the whole movie canvas properly as the person in front is in the way.
Palace has a wide selection of films, there is great space for the legs and then their "new" Hall with ticket sales is nice.

Iconic building. Iconic cinema. There's always a show running, and if you missed that movie you really wanted to see - this is the place you want to go.

Have two hours to kill? Go here and find a movie. There's always one running.

Pro tip: The bathrooms at the ground floor are always occupied. Want to skip the que? Go to the basement, there's plenty.

Ok cinema, bio 2 which we were in was rather worn and the cup holders stuck far out of the seat and was difficult to see because of the poor lighting before and after the film.

It's cinema in old building which gives it bit of spin. In the beginning it was bit confusing where is what but after some time you get it. We were in the smallest room but I think it was still nice experience. Surroundings of this place are also nice to visit.

Good sound and picture, but cold in their great halls.

Worn and deciduous undeveloped seats. No room for the legs and cold sale. Does not seem to have updated anything over the last 15 years.

Row 14, Seat 1 + 2, then it will not be better ....

Palace is always Palace. Popcorn and candy bag combined with okay seats. Room 9 was ok. The smaller halls are like the television at home in quality and sound.

You could hear the noise from the movie next door. Also not the best chairs in floor 14.
Service was nice.

Love this movie theater. It is just too high to the ceiling and the building it is in is so unique and different that it fits right in.

Enough Copenhagen's nicest cinema, although a little of the charm has disappeared in the hall. There is a little too much efficiency and a little too little fun.

Bad experience in the cafe on 30/3 at 13.
I order a double shot espresso with hot milk ... but hot milk is not possible as she then has to throw out the rest of the milk ...
Afterwards, both employ themselves among the guests in uniform and loud talk on private topics ... stopped only by their mobile phones. Violently unprofessional!

Cheap cafe with delicious cakes and sweet service. The cinema, on the other hand, is miserable

Old nice cinema in the heart of Copenhagen, with a very good atmosphere in historical surroundings. One could have liked that the seats were 2-part, so each guest had its own seat.

The movie theater was very small but or a cozy place

Palace is the court it usually - ok place with different size halls - some of it is getting a little small and cramped by 2020 standard, but on the sand side, filming looked a bit longer.

Ham in the ticket flight suggests Captain Marvel. It was a ridiculously bad movie, 2 stars

With 20 halls, many different movies can be viewed a day. The main hall can seat about 550 guests, while the smallest room can seat a little less than 50 guests. There is a good opportunity to refuel before the performance with popcorn, sweets and sodas.

So sour it gets raised! Great nostalgia in this building

Average cinema. Good prices. Good snack range. But some of the cinema rooms are tiny so take away from the "going to the cinema feel"

Palace is for Copenhageners, but as I get further from car, parking in KBH is too expensive. SIGH.

Building is a bit too old, seats are not very comfortable.

At least in the bio #2, the last two rows are not comfortable as the projector is right in front of you if you sit in the middle!

There is no vendling machine to buy tickest.

The popcorn store is perfect!
