If their prices for sweets and sodas are good, then prices pay almost twice what it costs in other stores to also be able to use attendant cards online so you can pay for tickets online and still for the discount

Great service, had bought the wrong tickets. And even though the movie was started, we got them exchanged for original language. There was help all around. Right from the moment we got confused out of the room to exchange tickets. Then got some good advice on the road, regarding space choices.

The many halls mean that you can often watch movies here even if they have stopped driving everywhere else (if you don't mind small halls)

Nice cinema, remember to enjoy the architecture from the inside.
It is worth looking up if you are interested in art and architecture. :)

Really nice cinema may be a bit confusing to find around with so many sales

Old building on the outside, modern in the inside. It has a shop with a good variety of snacks to take with you to the movie. The theater rooms are spacious, clean and well heated, the seats are not very comfortable though.

Good service, sales and selection of films, but still a bit expensive

Nice big cinema. Their popcorn were godly though. I'd recommend going there, just to try the popcorn.

Not much variety in fooding options. But nice atmosphere. Of course the size of the individual halls are suited to local demand. But a definite +5 for the sound. Absolutely loved the sound quality and the ambience. Also no interval like in other countries.

It's really old cinema. Screens are too small and seats are very badly placed, so you always look at the top. Better go to Imperial or Cinemaxx.

Nice experience a minus, however, are the unhealthy restrooms

Beautiful. Nice staff. The movie rooms could be bigger though. So often go to Imperial. But staff is nice and like fisketoevet they almost always hace props from the main action movie veing displayed.

It wants cinema and its color in clothing. Sample Cloth? Same designer as Herlev Hospital

Palace is a fine cinema with a good selection of sweets. Saw the movie in the hall. No. 2.
Plenty of room and nice canvas.

Great cinema with 20 cinemas. Old building, seating is quite comfy nevertheless. Many movies are shown in original language, so great! There is even a Starbucks on the ground floor. Great friendly service! Good selection of treats and drinks.

Not the worst but not the best.From the outside looking super funky but some of the screening rooms are way small.Chairs are close to each other and after longer movies your knees starts to hurt.Plus you sit that close to each other that if some one moves everyone on the line feels that

Have visited the Palace up to several times. Without a doubt a good cinema!

The theatre plays movie in English and in Danish subtitles. It is expensive and comes with a 30mins ads.

Expensive prices in the middle of the day and the slushice machine sprayed lemonade all over and I was not even offered a napkin ...

A somewhat stressed experience ...
Now that I have turned to good legroom and a comfortable recliner in Big Bio, it's not a good experience to sit down together in a chair that's not comfortable and without legroom. Both my husband and my son went from the show with severe pain and got nothing out of the film.
On the website you can not see where the stairs are, so I ordered tickets inside the wall and those who sat out of bed would not change, so it was anything but a nice evening.

Ok, but the seats were not raised relative to the front rows, so it was hard to see them on the front seats.

The movie did not fail anything, but think that you can afford to take 100 kr for a ticket and then you sit in a small cinema with bad seats, who can not help but sit back and squeak loud and sound from another floor because that are not properly insulated ... floors 11 and 12 are just bad .. ruins an otherwise good movie ...

Beautiful, ancient. Reasonable room, screen could be larger.

The seats are pretty nice. However, if you have long legs, forget about it. Was trapped for 3 hours not able to move my legs during the movie. On par with economy flights.

Also they forgot to turn on the aircon, so the room with a couple of hundred people got hot and humid.

Sound and picture had no issues, except for a dust particle on the projector lens showing a small blotch visible in light scenes.

Would only recommend for short movies.

So many colors and most of the times so little experience. As a transwoman I have experienced through the years(and my friends) name calling by the staff and manager. Of course, no neutral gender bathrooms. The Cafe turned into an ugly restaurant Cafe. It's close now. BIOS should move forward in time and with time. PALADS IS STUCK. I feel people are louder and more aggressive at Palads.
I have gone there and maybe will go there again, but I will always remember when some of the female workers was outside my bathroom asking what the trans was doing in the bathroom. Everybody knows what people go to the bathroom for. If my friend had been there, I would have personally taken her to the police and teach her a lesson.

Good cinema especially if you have children. Many movies to choose from

Not a succes, people were talking under the movie, and it s overpriced.

This colorful movie theatre in the center of Copenhagen is pure nostalgia. With 10+ screens, you can always count on them to be showing the movie you want to see. It is cozy and charming and definitely worth a visit.

A worn-out cinema that has not been followed over time. The logistics sail in both ticket sales and not least the kiosk with long queues. Room 9, which I was in, was no longer impressive and the space was cramped.

Really a cool and cozy cinema that is worth the visit and its location makes it even better: D

We sit and wait for the movie starts cars 3 many happy and slightly impatient children .. They have forgotten to start the movie now 10 since it should start ..!

The seats could be better just like in BIG bio, they are relatively boring here (did they spend any money on the construction?) - but besides that, the building itself outside and inside is very majestic.

Nice classic cinema, great selection of movies - something expensive, but also a great address. beautiful building, lovely space.

Lots of sales, but some of them are the size of your living room. So check out what room it will take in ...

the seats were not so good but besides that it was a really good experience I saw Aquaman in 2D but it felt a bit like it was 3D so it was awesome and that was the coolest movie ever

All good although the popcorn was not or was very fresh.

However, the most curly canvas I have ever seen in discount get it fixed

Avoid popcorns, they are super salty. 3d glasses are new and clean

Palace has always been my favorite cinema and never hopes it will close ...
