Norcraft Companies really cares about the safety and well being of their employees.

Having worked in the cabinet industry for a number of years, I found that the Norcraft Company's offering across their multiple lines is unmatched for both quality and service.

Buyer beware. I am currently involved in litigation with this company. As a dealer of theirs, I have the worst experience with their cabinets in my own home. I spent two months asking them to help me fix their mistakes which included paint drips, no paint at all, cabinets that were 1/4 of an inch wrong sized and drawers that wouldn t close.

Communication stopped suddenly and they sued me personally and professionally. I have own multiple businesses on the east and west coasts of the country and never have I had a worse dealing with a company.

If you are considering this company, consider emailing me first and I will share pictures and first proof of their lack of quality and more importantly ethics.

I've been a kitchen designer for 15 years and I love working with Norcraft. From a design perspective, they are very flexible and will do alot of custom fabrication that no one else will do at their pricepoint. Lots of doorstyles and colors - many more than similarly priced products. The customer service team, Especially Sue, are top notch, high quality, driven individuals that go out of their way to help me to satisfy my homeowner. Their lead times are quick (avg 3 weeks for KAT here to STL from Newton KS plant). A very well built box for the money. You can spend less (and get alot less) - and you can spend more (but why?) - but Norcraft is the benchmark in Cabinetry.

Norcraft offers a wide variety of cabinets, all of which are high-quality, great-value with style and innovation. Also, the customer service is awesome.

Around dinner tonight, Fed Ex pulled up and delivered a set of hinges I had inquired about in the last week or so. Before my dinner even got cold I had a corner cabinet repaired and in perfect shape. Our cabinet had been broken for so long, we had gotten to the point that we did not even notice it. The email responses and assistance I received was excellent! I cannot tell you how happy I am that this is fixed. I could not get help from small and big box stores with regard to replacement and just hate to ask others for help ( husband is blind and honestly, would have no home repair skills if he could still see!!). I just want Norcraft Cabinetry to know that it s your employees that make your company great, and after 20 years, we still have great cabinets!! Thank you. Janet M

Norcraft is an excellent company with high quality cabinets! I know that if I'm buying from Norcraft, I'm buying something that's beautiful and durable. Also, you can tell that they care about their employees.
