I know someone really master forklift operator with master skills at $10.00 per hour through temporary agency. They are Union, as in my day's, all new employees had to be hired on through Union Hall. When Nor-Cal really get busy, instead hire on more workers, They use same amount employees to work on Weekends as each employees have to take a day off on week days to avoid par over time. More production out of same amount of people = to more stress do to over worked employees. For new employees, I think working for Wal Mart will be just about same rate of pay as of #1 Non Union Big Box Stores. You can't survive on TEN BUCKS Per Hour as of you'll tried to rent cheap apartments unless they have to work both jobs plus over tired with no future (no life).

Quick unload time and overnight parking available on street

Some truck parking on the street. Fast unloading. Ample room to back safely. They go by appointments.

I love working there while as a temp in grave yard hoping to get hire on but unfortunately i found out i was getting let go 2 days before my last day. I feel so disappointed and how unprofessional it was and when other co-workers knowing it first then telling me. No supervisor or lead say anything to me even the manger that night before posting up the working calendar for next week work. Not even my temp Agency knew anything. Unprofessional!
I really enjoy the work and as blend tech mixing ingredients into tanks. There was so much to learn and i really enjoy it. I wish I could ve obtained a position there.
But If i was to obtain a position there i will get rid of lazy peoples that are just sleeping on the job and pretenting to follow company policy and procedures. The Leads were setting bad examples most of the time playing and watch movies on there phone on the job with the morning QA tech inside the QC lab next to blendroom . Few of those blend tech at nights were sleeping on the job for 2 to 3 hours and the leads say nothing. That is cheating company time and money. I still have a photo of a guy sleeping while on the clock. So bad!!
There was an extra temp guy that started before me and his assignment was to train as a bend tech but unfortunately accord to him his supervisor screwed him over which he never met her when told by his agency?

his is the most unorganized, rude, and laziest place I've ever delivered. Every time I come there is never room to unload. They will make you sit and wait for hours. Especially frustrating on a Saturday. Why do they order when they don't need? Guess they are all sharing a brain and it's a small one. I refuse to buy anything they make. Get it together norcal!!!!!!

Worse job I ever had. 2nd shift Maintenance mechanic was the position I held. People show up for duty intoxicated, employees clock in and vanish for 8 hours. They take 15.00 from your paycheck for their Union. Its a fake union, no representation. For Christmas you get a single bean and rice burrito from a local mexican resturaunt. The place is a walking contradiction. 90 days and I had to get away and find another job. Safety is not a priority.
