I know someone really master forklift operator with master skills at $10.00 per hour through temporary agency. They are Union, as in my day's, all new employees had to be hired on through Union Hall. More production out of same amount of people = to more stress do to over worked employees. For new employees, I think working for Wal Mart will be just about same rate of pay as of #1 Non Union Big Box Stores. You can't survive on TEN BUCKS Per Hour as of you'll tried to rent cheap apartments unless they have to work both jobs plus over tired with no future (no life).
