I purchased Nokia 6.1 plus & also my 3-4 friends buy at the same time.All the phones have the issues of charging.What you people giving us?In terms of service your customer care is saying to wait for 15 days only for a jack change.

Hi, I have purchased Nokia 6 on 21 February as Nokia was the trusted brand but suddenly I realized I did mistake to buy Nokia product. Phone start giving problem and after lot of communication and visit to service center issue not yet resolved and when they return my phone i got know they change the phone mother board with lower configuration and now 1 month already over and I am still struggling for my phone with correct configuration. Nobody even giving the next escalation point and Nokia office address so I will sent the legal notice for this fraud.

I have buy the nokia 3 September 2017 with a good trust because nokia is a good brand but now i have released this is biggest mistake of my life i buy this phone.in this phone daily new problem is raise sometime call problem, hung, charging, memory card problem. related to this problem i have visited in your care center 3 time but they haven't no solution every time they update the software and give to me but after this again new problem is raised i am manaly upset to buy this phone this is total waste of money Please don't buy NOKIA

Totaly fraud company, i was using Nokia 5.1 Plus, Charging port issue. generated online repair request and mobile pickup by Nokia logistic partnet Ecom express, now even after 45 days, i didn't get my cellphone back, phone cost is 8999 and repair cost is 13420... totally fraud company... never evey buy or recommend to any friend or family
