Overcooked khalua pork and a very weak and off flavored cocktail ended my desire to come here. I feel as if this establishment went downhill. I remember good food and good cocktails when they first opened. I wish they could find consistency.

If want Hawaiian food and you are in Portland. GO HERE. They have the best in the city HANDS DOWN. Their mac salad is absolutely delicious, their teriyaki sauce should be its food group. I've been coming to Noho's for 20 years and it is consistently excellent. The staple for me is the Number 9 "Noho's Teriyaki Chicken", followed closely by the Yakisoba (it will feed two people easily).

Loved this place ever since the original Clinton St address. Delicious, unique & quick with a selection that anyone can find exactly what they want in different serving sizes, small to large! Tasty Hawaiian style barbeque of beef, ribs & chicken in addition to other specialties such as poke, Loco Moco, Coconut shrimp & other delights.

The service was wack took forever for anyone to come to our table. We had to ask to be served, and when we found a bug on my napkin we showed one waitress she took it and when we said something to another waitress they tried to play it off and said there was no bug. Very sad because my boyfriend loves this place and was excited to take me there for the first time.

Service was not very friendly. Took 30 minutes for a plate if overcooked tough ribs with two scoops of dry white rice. Paid $20 and went to Subway.
Other diners had different servers and seemed to be very happy.
Apparently it's hit or miss here.

This Hawaiian cafe had some really good BBQ food. I had the Kalbi (Korean BBQ ribs) plate in the largest size, which had 3 scoops of rice and 2 scoops of mac salad. The portion was decent for $22, which had a good amount of meat. The kalua pork was very juicy, but it could use a bit more taste. Overall though, I'd definitely come back again.

Ordered a couple entrees to go. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The food is good, if maybe a little bit expensive for some of the better items on the menu. Personally I think they give ya too much rice with the large size and would like to be able to just order all meat entrees. Over all it's pretty good and they definitely have some unique flavors for their meats.

Everything about this place is amazing, enough said, really. If you are reading a review about this place, you have already shown enough interest for me to promise you that you will not be disappointed in ordering any and everything from the menu... get extra macaroni salad, maybe an order to go. Pro tip, throw some teriyaki sauce on the mac salad!

Noho's hosted a large-ish (20+) birthday party for our folks. We had a great time out on the patio out back. Food, via buffet plus appetizers, was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Good environment, food, and service. Reasonably priced as well. Visit yourself.

I know that we re going through some changes but I was extremely disappointed with the poor communication the staff provided while placing orders via phone and what to do re standing outside and the options that we had to either pay over phone or to pay inside. We ordered, arrived 30min later and then stood in line another 25 min.

Amazing! We used to patronize the SE 26th and Clinton location. After finding out they consolidated the two, I got over to Fremont for a to go order and felt so welcomed and the Aloha spirit. The Korean chicken is amazing and my daughter and I had dinner and lunch for the next day too. Soooo good. Until next time!

Noho's Hawaiian Cafe has the best, most authentic Hawaiian food you're going to find in Portland. This location has a cool little bar and two separate seating areas, one of which is the right size to accommodate a party or large business lunch. There's a patio in the back too that is the real draw, typically it's open during the summer and covered during the winter. Compared to the rest of the restaurant it's huge and has the best atmosphere of the whole restaurant.

The food here is really good and consistent. Phil's Ono Chicken, a sweet, slow cooked pulled chicken served with mac and rice, is amazing. They also have an ahi teriyaki that is notable and always fresh. The loco moco is good too, although at times it can be a little dry.

Phil's Ono Chicken is something everybody should have at least once in their life and go menehune.

Good Hawaiian food, but not quite as good as my favorite - Bamboo Grove. Staff were nice - owners wife very much so - but service was iffy, but we did happen to attend on an evening where they had an event on, and had a new waitress.

The patio is very pleasant, if you can keep the yellow jackets away. Korean Chicken was a bit more charred than I would make, but Korean ribs were tasty. Macaroni side salad is tasty.

I ordered the mochiko chicken loco moco off the menu. It was a huge portion and enough for two meals. It was good comfort food, but even better as leftovers the next day in a breakfast burrito.

This place is a great place to do kareoke! I've been to the one on Clinton and the food was great! A little pricy, but delicious! The mood in the bar on Thursday at the Freemont location was cool and the drinks are priced well.

Hawaii in Portland! The happy hour deals are just what they should be, happy and deals! The Tiki Fizz or the vanilla Vacation cocktails are so tropically tasting, you find yourself day dreaming while dining there. A special treat is when they have live music, the added bonus to your Hawaiian experience. During the summer time the outdoor patio is a great way to escape your everyday life and step onto the Hawaiian islands. And Noho is the sweetest, most friendly man around! Go. Go now. So delicious.
