Take away the stars! This is costing me big. I for the second time rented out a unit being told id have 24 hour access for business purpose. First time was a bait and a lie. Second time im out here camping in the parkinglot again with expensive equipment as I was told for sure I had access after I repeatedly asked to be sure. :-(
Very clean environment with easy access to unloading docks. The friendly staff and multitude of moving equipment (dolly's etc.) made the experience pleasant.

Very nice indoor storage to keep your stuff from mold/mildew
The facility is great--the loading dock, especially--but the staff is absolutely phenomenal. It took me fewer than 20 minutes to get my unit and all the information I needed and he was very polite and able to answer all of my questions. If you need storage, I would recommend this place.
Moving is already stressful and NoDa self storage made this part easier. We ended up not knowing how many units we would needed and Kevin was available to help. The facility has easy access and clean and temperature controlled. Would recommend!

When I arrived to Charlotte they showed me the unit to put my concerns at ease. Easy and super friendly company to work with and great management. I was moving from California to Charlotte and searched for a storage facility to store all my possessions until I find a place to settle in. Kevin was always so helpful and friendly. He saved a unit for me for 3 weeks until my stuff arrived. My flight was delayed and my truck arrived before I did and Kevin allowed them to start unloading and moving my stuff into the unit before I arrived! I've been renting from Noda Storage for a while now and have been really impressed. It's a super clean facility in the heart of Noda and always has plenty of hand trucks on tap. They do an awesome job of keep everything well organized!

Very nice facility with reasonable pricing. I have used several other storage facilities around the Charlotte Metro area. This place is hands down the best. Better than the big chains. The facility is safe, clean and indoors. You pay the same for outdoor with no climate control at the big chain competitors. Excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a storage unit. It is locally owned as well which is another added plus.

Very clean & secure storage facility. I have several units here for my sales reps. Management is excellent. They have a loading dock area with a "dock-height" ramp for loading and unloading. They also have a pallet jack and carts for renters to use in the building. Climate controlled.
