I was moving from California to Charlotte and searched for a storage facility to store all my possessions until I find a place to settle in. Kevin was always so helpful and friendly. He saved a unit for me for 3 weeks until my stuff arrived. My flight was delayed and my truck arrived before I did and Kevin allowed them to start unloading and moving my stuff into the unit before I arrived!
