I was given a medical checklist to complete by Helix because I m going into the EMT program no one explained anything to me from the school but Shalinda (sorry if I messed up the spelling) called me and explained everything to me in a way that was so easy to understand and was very nice and extremely helpful and she followed up with me until I had all the requirements I needed. Thank you so so much!! You were extremely kind and helpful!

My school send me there for background check and drug screening. On outside it is a simple place. Clean. Parking was available. Inside waiting area is simple with not comfortable chairs and no couches and not much entertainment. There was no line. Service was super fast and friendly. Associate Patty was very professional and valued my time. She was very respectful and polite. I got everything done in less than 10 minutes ! Love it !

What a great staff. I was in and out quickly and not only did I do my drug test but I was able to check some of my lab work for cholesterol. Awesome staff and very professional. Highly Reccomend

Mirla handled a very challenging case for our office recently. She remained professional and kind under some pretty difficult circumstances. I started the process of scheduling the exam with Ally, who was very friendly and attentive to every detail. I spoke with Maria Delisle often in regards to a testing issue and having it resolved for me. She was so prompt in getting back to me every time with the progress of the situation. We're talking about many calls Maria had to make late on a Friday afternoon so it wouldn't be delayed until Monday.
Thankfully the final resolution went in my favor. I don't think it would have worked out for me without Maria's knowledge and urgency in this matter. I also can't thank Maria enough for keeping me feeling positive all would end well. Forever grateful to Maria for being my lifesaver and feel like I made a new friend!
