I spoke with Maria Delisle often in regards to a testing issue and having it resolved for me. She was so prompt in getting back to me every time with the progress of the situation. We're talking about many calls Maria had to make late on a Friday afternoon so it wouldn't be delayed until Monday.

Thankfully the final resolution went in my favor. I don't think it would have worked out for me without Maria's knowledge and urgency in this matter. I also can't thank Maria enough for keeping me feeling positive all would end well. Forever grateful to Maria for being my lifesaver and feel like I made a new friend!
