Totally did not appreciate the experience as they did not do anything that i did not already know & wow do they Charge!!!

They are very knowledgeable. I had a case going through the Financial Ombudsman. They wont ruin there reputation on bending the truth. They are straight down the line and very professional. There report helped me win my case.

Appalling. Engineer failed to see obvious reasons for subsidence issues. Failed to mention in report. Company won't even send out someone to reassess. Don't waste your money. Appalling customer service and a failed to do what they were paid to do.
