Nizels Golf & Country Club Review

Been a member for 14 years. Now it's over crowded and a problem to get into classes, such a shame!

Great golf course, some challenging holes with plenty of water, will definitely be coming back to play here again

We love it as a family. We do play golf and use the gym facilities. Worth it!

Not actually used the facilities as was just dropping someone off for a class but it's lovely and clean and tidy and staff seemed friendly.
Too expensive for me membership wise though.

Really good 18 holes. The course is great and technical. Fairway are large and are easy to play. Green are much more technical and harder to play. I only play 3 times but in 3 different conditions. Winter, summer and autumn and always been a pleasure as the courses are very well maintained. I would recommend

It is a nice club. I go to the gym and the pool so can't comment on golf.

Iain Naylor, PGA Golf Professional is the Head Teaching Pro at Nizels Golf & Country Club. Visitors are made to feel very welcome for lessons, all standards from Beginner to Advanced. Great place to learn golf in a relaxed environment.

A good gym and spa,recently refurbished to a high standard, for the more discerning clientele.

Nice restaurant with children s play area open to non members

golf course is fine, but as a venue for party 2/5.. slow, poor quality of food. ordered in advance, but they still managed to get the meals wrong and very late, which was our fault apparently...! customer service at its best!!

Went for a good dinner function in a characterful beamed function room

Poor show of food at Christmas. Total waste of money.

Play a round of golf here with my brother we enjoyed the course and would recommend it.

Lovely club and I'm sure it's a great course but due to a misleading and complicated online booking system and an unbelievably unaccommodating, arrogant and stubborn general manager we didn't get to play. Shocking customer service.

Expensive and not as many facilities as comparable clubs like David Lloyd. Good food though at a reasonable cost, and knowledgeable gym staff. And they have golf off course.

Best place within 5 miles of Sevenoaks for a gym & golf membership. A good refurbishment last year has improved the pool/spa area a lot and the sizeable gym has the latest equipment. The golf course isn t top tier but if that s vital then it s highly unlikely you d ever go near a gym

Membership consultants will lie through their teeth to sign up new members. Higher management are arrogant, rude and have larger "Swag" bags than the "Great Train Robbers"
The Membership Club have been reported to trading standards and face court action for mis selling practices.
Avoid dealing with the cunning lying thieves at all cost.

If you need somewhere of a party for about 80 people look no further. A great venue with a perfect layout and really helpful staff. We had a great party.

I was at a friends 60th birthday party. Had a great time. Best night of the year so far.

Great facilities: gym, changing rooms, pool, spa area all clean and very well maintained after a recent refurbishment. Good stuff........BUT.......

Terrible food - don't bother with even the simplest of items on the menu....tried several times to give the benefit of the doubt...but no...just awful. Corners clearly cut everywhere on the food front - and too numerous to mention. Bit of a shame. They need a new chef/ kitchen team.

Some great features of this club including lovely pool and spa area, good classes, great kids club/Creche, friendly staff......let down by disappointing mid week kids swim times for pre-school age children and terrible food. Wait time s are really long and selection is generally pretty low quality and unhealthy. A healthy selection of pre prepared breakfast and lunch options like pret or similar would be so much more helpful as most of the time I don t have an hour spare to wait for food and eat!....Menu not changed in 10yrs and coffee is not good at all either. This really needs addressing as it s the main thing letting the club down!

Course can be tough, but we'll maintained and good value

For a days golf play in the summer as it is very soggy enny over time if you want a course to join well if you like to play from 7 to 10 tee times don't go here as you will never get a tee time

Recently joined the Health Club, lovely and helpful staff! Always a smile and happy to help. Facilities are nice and clean, recently refurbished. Had lunch there today and really liked the Prawn and Quinoa salad! Beautiful place.
