Ian Glen is abusive and turns into telephone tough guy when you don't turn up for a job due to unforeseen circumstances and threatens with blacklisting at jobs.cracking example to lead ;)

Whent for an interview and it was a waste of time the woman did not seem to be interested and was a complete waste of time, and they never bothered about keeping in touch with the job i applied for. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I thought the place was ok at first was offered a interview for helpdesk level 1. spoke to Brian on the day who had confirmed all was as planned and going ahead with interview only for me to travel out to the location. I was told Brian would call back as he wanted to confirm with interviewer some info as I had been for interview for different position before no call was made so I decided to call him back as I had time before interview. he was out of the office however the office staff were not helpful at all they advised ohh we tried to contact you the interview is cancelled I had already travelled wasted money and this was 20 min before interview.
No one tried to call me as Brian had no issue getting intouch. I asked him to call back which he did and he promised he would get intouch to get this rebooked and find out what had happened as this has never happened before.
2 weeks later still no contact made since..

Poor service! How can people look for staff for another company if they cant get the basics right!!

Loved this place food great and plenty of it staff very friendly going back soon

Contacted this recruitment company on the back of a recommendation from a colleague in the same industry while looking for a new role. Response times slow and/or non existent. Once a dialogue was opened the agent I dealt with was very professional, however despite signing up for their portal and applying for numerous role, no one ever bothered to contact me again.
