Lots of shops, plenty of parking, very clean and fun to walk around.

Nice outdoor mall. Guys enjoyed testing out Tesla s while the girls shopped! Huge variety of shops. Beautifully landscaped and laid out easy to navigate!

Best outdoor Mall in Orange County. Amazing service available and wonderful parking and stores.

I was there to work behind the scenes of a fashion show. Doing so, I was able to see how things are managed.
The hotel is inviting. Before you step in people are welcoming you. They offer beautiful lounges serving food and drinks. Their Grill restaurant was full almost to capacity. Their kitchen staff was super friendly and treated our staff like guests. The finger foods we were offered were satisfying to the eye and the tummy. Their kitchen ran like a well oiled machine. It was immaculate!
As you walk into the mall it can feel like you're lost. It's a huge maze of department stores, restaurants, small businesses, and a food court fit for a king.
I loved getting lost! Scents of fruits and flowers fill the air as you pass the No Package handmade soap shop. Cute displays for human friendly clothing invite you into another small business. I found useful items I've never seen sold anywhere. Anything you need can be found here.
This place is great for people! Everybody.

Thus is one of the nicest out door malls I have ever been too....

The fact that I can bring my dog here basically qualifies it as a 5/5 in my heart

Lots of high end stores if you're looking for something nice. Great huge Christmas tree for the holidays. Check out Santa if you have a little one at home.

Fashion Island is very Nice. Opened in 1967. Has 180 stores and services and owned by Donald Bren and The Irvine Company. Has good department stores from Macy's to Neiman Marcus. Barnes and noble,cheese cake factory. Around the island is good restaurants like fig and olive, Flemming's and more. Outdoor mall so dress warm. It can get cold at certain times of the year. One of the nicest outdoor malls in orange county . Enjoy!

Beautiful mall with very nice stores. Everything is so new looking and clean.

This is a really fun mall. Most of the stores are outdoors and the place is very pet friendly. The merchandise is typically higher end items, but you can have fun just window shopping here. The kiosks are decent shops as well. Parking and arrival from the freeway may get a little busy at times but still worth the trip.

Sampson s favorite place to go see his fans it has something for everyone! Food shopping movies.
It s a great place to get exercise and cool off with the nearby ocean air

Great open air mall, easy to get to with plenty of parking. Stores are a bit on the upscale side, but it's OC so what do you expect.

High end US shopping center. Great coffee shops and options. If you can afford it.

Love the live music here. Could use some new shops (electronic).

My wife loves this place! They have a ton of options there. What I love about this place is the movie theater! We are out of town and enjoyed watching The Dark Knight Rises from this theater!

May be one of the most beautiful markets in Los Angeles, you will be exposed and refined and has many wonderful shops

Love this place, it have EVERYTHING! Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy's and much more. This is the perfect place to shopping.
Also I love the location of the restaurants over there. All the restaurants have stunning view to the ocean.
They have 2 different locations of fast-food floors.

Every weekend there are singers in a few locations over the mall and I love to watch all the kids dance :-)
Full of parking, Full of stores, full of restaurants. You never go wrong with that!!

Huge outdoor mall, has a wide range of clothing stores and restaurants and luxury stores, great place to walk around and exercise, must try the gelato inside the food area

There is also a pretty trolley and a great place to relax and have brunch on the weekends.

Audi drives try to take up 2 spaces so no one parks next to them but I'm the one person that'll park in that 2nd spot.

Insanely well placed stores to really grab the attention. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit there.

Went for a visit to Santa for pictures. Started raining but we had a great time. My boys were allowed to tell Santa what they wanted.... I loved it.

Convenient parking, easy to access. Decent selection of shops but no Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma... Unacceptable

Fashion Island is the premiere shopping destination for both the fashionista or the casual shopper. This shopping paradise offers the latest in design & layout with its maze of courtyard/outdoor retailers as well as the likes of Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus & Nordstrom s. Accompanying the great shops, boutiques & stores are some of the areas best restaurants.

This place is beautiful. I went at night and even though was closed it was still amazing. I went to the koi pond that Kobe Bryant visited the day before he died, and it was spiritual. Great place to go on a date or to take pictures. I'm sure it's also great for shopping but the way my bank account currently works...

I think the one who enjoys this place the most is Teo ... because he meets many dogs and enjoys it a lot.

Been coming here for 45 years. Nice environment to just walk around in.

A little bit of difficult location in the middle of the mall but its cozy and fun. Patio is private and covered and the sushi is alway fresh when I order it. Service staff is very friendly as well

Just love fashion island. Especially the koi fish pond in the middle of the mall.
