Great place to shop, dine, n hang out. Many unique shops, good restaurants, and places to get some entertainment.

High end mail in Newport. Variety of shops. Plenty of parking. Good assortment of food options. Near the Edwards Newport 6. Has one of the few Nespresso retail locations in the country.

Tons of food options for every age and every pallete. Accessible to public transportstion lines and lots of great shopping. My son loves the water fountains too.

I am from Vegas and I like this mall. It is huge and there'a a lot of interesting stores.

Fashion Island is a shopping center located in an exclusive sector. It is open and very pleasant for walking, shopping, eating something, etc. Recommended, especially the environment is very beautiful.

High end shopping center. It's pet friendly. It's difficult for me to shop because I have allergies (dander). The shoppers with pets,they even take them inside the fitting rooms.

The best all around outdoor mall with its amazing, vast selection of stores and restaurants especially in luxury retail and gourmet foods. I think some of the best attributes is the very opulent theater where you can eat dinner while watching a film and the healthy store, Whole Foods.

Fancy pants mall. Good selection of stores. Parking is usually tough.

Beautiful mall. The ponds and fountains are special. Just a very pleasant vibe every time we ve been here. Shops are higher end. There are plenty of great dining choices, including a food court. There is a Barnes Noble bookstore and a Dick s Sporting Goods. They have a free trolley that circles the mall.

The most beautiful shopping center of anywhere but it needs more family owned restaurants and quaint cafes that are affordable for daily dining.

Not the shopping experience it once was but still pretty nice.

Let's say for a moment that this beautiful mall by the sea is too steep for your budget. Don't let that deter you. There's plenty to do and see here and you WILL find something you can afford. Plan on making it a day trip and eat at one of the fine restaurant's. You'll be pleased with your day.

There is nice outdoor seating, and you can bring your dog here! It's an outdoor mall with ocean views on a clear day.

Good place for windows shopping, and dinning places.

My favorite OC shopping is within Fashion Island. Beautiful setting, like a small village , with a variety of shops and fabulous restaurants.

The shops are totally different from what we have in Alta Wyoming.

Great little shopping center. Has pretty much everything. Except Neiman Marcus, nobody needs to go to Neiman Marcus unless you're a rich idiot.

Great mall ! Lots of options to choose from upscale fashion brands. It's the best outdoor malls that I've seen so far.

I just so happened to stumple upon the opening of the new Chanel boutique! My God, it's perfect...(. I walked in to the store looking tore up,) I was treated like royalty... It is a beautiful store with gracious and helpful staff who create magic! They made me look AND feel like a million dollars. THANKS CHANEL

Great shopping! Love the selection of boutiques and restaurants. It's also great to take a break and sit and enjoy the ocean views!

As we were in line waiting for Santa, a Fashion Island representative walked up with a tray of complemenaty hot cocoa! It was such a nice treat for the kids and helped make the time go by faster. This is the 3rd year in a row for this Santa. He is great!

This place is really interesting for me and I got here with shuttle bus from hotel. They have a lot stores and I feel like I only explore half of it when I was there. Wish I could see rest of it and they also have great restaurant there.

Beautiful outdoor mall!! It s great to walk around and window shop because of the vast amount of stores there are. It looks new and gorgeous with the pavilions and koi ponds and vine covered columns. It s big and spacious with a variety of upscale shops so it s good for all ages with the koi pond for little ones. There are also good places to eat amid the shops.

So good allows dogs. Dogs will say thank you if they can talk. I like filming the koi . One time there was several baby koi jumbo koi n even goldfish. The elders, teens older kids younger kids gathering around the fish resemble the sizes of the fish. Good 4 shoppers and koi novices and dog walkers too. I like filming the koi and saying their titles. So good

Love walking this mall, good mix of restaurants and retailers, the fountains are beautiful fun, and the coy pond is soothing

We spent a day here. The location is good, parking everywhere. Lots of shopping and good restaurants!

Yes! A wonderful day of bouje shopping! I love R+D Kitchen s fresh grapefruit juice in a nice adult libation and the festivities of their tree lighting at Christmas.

Magnificient shopping experience at Fashion Island Mall Newport Beach. This is a spectacular upscale mall with excellent customer service and a selection of retail stores like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Macy's, restaurants, and Wholefood supermarket.

Great dining and shopping! Probably the best Whole Foods location in SoCal! Fun to people watch as well!

Visiting from AZ and found this wonderful gem of amazing shops!!! The whole area is just Beautiful & clean. Decided to have a bite to eat while there & truly enjoyed HopDoddy. Ate outside & it was just a fun lovely atmosphere.

I have been coming to this place for years. It is a beautiful open area where you can bring a family or loved ones and walk around.

Great outdoor mall, nice to take a walk and dine as well. Nice and clean, parking can get pretty bad especially in front of Barnes and Nobles. Park in front of Macy's instead, usually a lot more spaces there.

Super nice shopping mall. I loved the Lincoln Experience Center. Wow!

The koi pond is so beautiful and big fishes. It's very tranquil. They have great water features. More so they have cushioned chairs outside in shade that's s plus. If only I could stay longer...
