We shopped st the Tommy Bahama furniture store. Their furniture is beautiful and well made.

Lovely outdoor mall to spend a relaxing weekend afternoon! Has a nice mix of shops many of which do not have locations near my home. Love visiting this mall when I am down in the area.

Great place to walk around. Plenty of dining and shopping options.

This was my first time visiting Fashion Island and it is a really nice place. I came here specifically to get groceries at Whole Foods. One of the nicer outdoor malls I ve been to so far.

So happy that Gelato Paradiso reopened. Nothing like rewarding yourself with something cold and sweet during these Covid days of Summer.

Great mall in Newport Beach. Lots of stores and places to eat. Outdoors.

Great place to shop outdoors with family or friends.

It's not as accommodating to hang out in this mall compared to some of the other ones around, but there is still a lot to see. The shops tend to cater more to wealthy people than to the every-man, but it is Newport Beach, after all. Gotta love the koi pond.

Such a cool mall, super big and got just about everything that you could really need (even cars!). Nice and clean and the security seemed good, high quality name brand stores.

Bit of a cluster around 11, but it is a nice xenter. Well kept

Nice strolling experience and there is a very tasty hamburger shop

there are just two EV charger for electrical car that always car parked there without charging , just parked . and several times i asked securities about that they told we dont have any rules so i changed my way to south cost plaza there are many stations there,they respect green car.

There are various shops, but I don't know if it's particularly good.

I was very impressed. Lots of beautiful people, lots of beautiful things. Money is important here, be sure to get ready to spend some moo-la. The sales people are great and the fashion is abound. If you're looking for it, you'll find it here. Be sure to prepare your yourself for the parking as well...it can be a mad house.

Nice place, generally upscale. Layout and planning can be a bit confusing though. Overall a bit boring. Both issues are a result of the Irvine Company in general...

A very casual flat shopping mall, there are comfortable tables and chairs for rest outside, and there is also a cute little pond with many beautiful koi. The Christmas tree on Christmas Day is the highest living tree in the world. After the festival, the tree will be transported back to the mountains of North Canada for planting, and will be transported when the festival is next year. It is also known as the most environmentally friendly Christmas tree in the world. I do n t think it s the most environmentally friendly without disturbing it, you say it!

Very pretty mall with a great variety of shops and stores. Lots of places to sit and relax. Also, enjoyed all of the eateries and snack stops. A fun stop for shopping.

The weather is close to perfect majority of the time in SoCal so being able to enjoy this wonderfully constructed Fashion Island is a treat. There are multiple ways in and out depending on where you are going. This is a very active and multi-use type of establishment. There is a Soul Cycle, luxurious retailers, plenty of restaurants (far from basic), and my favorite movie theater called The Lot. There is plenty to do and something to please everyone.

High end mall with lots of retail space. They let a lot of good businesses go, the only electronics store in town (CC went bankrupt, but could of replaced with a BB) and I miss El Torito Grill. Also the mall seems dog friendly, but there is literally nowhere for dogs to go except in the middle of the walkways :/ Could use some dog friendly grass/turf.

Love it here. Live a few blocks away. Kids playing by the koi pond. Nice to be out

Perfect strolls, great views, play areas for kids, dog friendly stores with water and treats but no grass area for pets.

I love how it s called Fashion Island because it over looks the Ocean and feels like your at a Mall on an Island.

Great selection of stores...all very friendly people...excellent service by all. Great shopping experience.

One of my favorite places in California is Fashion Island. I love that it's an outside mall. Plenty of eateries and stores to shop for clothes and shoes.

Beautiful shopping center, the area is of very high standard and is an open shopping center with very good shops

Armadillo Willy's is there ...The best Ribs and Brisket in town but they need to bring back the All you can eat Ribs on Mondays

If you want to see expensive retail real estate and other expensive things, this is the place to go in SoCal.

If your looking for the luxurious side of southern CA outside of La, than this is a great place to stop. There are plenty of fabulous stores to shop in. This is a tourist destination though, so this isn't really the most accurate description of the area.

Lots of high quality food. Large veriety of shop's. Nice relaxing place.
