Well I don't why an organization is picked by Google to review as it's an internal view and policy related to their employees. Ignoring that I have rated it as per the conversation I had 2-3 HRs regarding the recruitment. I had a bad experience.

I go their traning at ISRI. Nice building. Underground parking available.

Should bother to inform the candidates about cancellation of a scheduled interview

It's a very good company,having several offices across the globe.

Work life balance and other perks depend on the project you are deployed in. Just like any other MNC, HR policies are more in favor of Company rather than Employee. Annual hikes are a bit on the lesser side when compared to other companies.

Make a fool, conduct an interview and postpond position after selections

When you given the machine test exam after that u have to wait for results that is wrong when you completed the exam then it should show the popup that u r pass or fail so that do not go for the interview.

Because of metro line construction you will find difficulty to this place

IT company who dont like to pay according to market standards.

Candidates were called for an interview and there was no proper arrangement for them.
It took around 5 hours for an interview to happen and the HR s were of no use as no proper arrangement, no update to the candidates and unorganised process was followed.
In case candiates are planning to visit, make sure to pack your lunch and go bcz till 04:00 pm you might not get any update whether your interview will be conducted or not.
P.S. This happened in the mass recruitment process.

I come to this place twice and I'm not getting positive vibe at all. The way people talk,waste someone's day with few round and sitting on chair all day. Wth is NIIT. from security guard to reception everyone look tense and insecure.

I heard a lot about this company will hire through internal reference, even i answer all the possible questions related to manual testing, the technical hr's will somebody ruin other;s life that is not good even niit tech hire through internal references, there is a walkin yesterday 14th spet 2018 at niit kindly hire this is not correct feedback that you didnt groom in the first round already 20 positions are left , kro hire

Worst experience, they just call you & provide no such updates about why...they don't know how to take interviews
