I was offered reimbursement on travel and medical without even asking for it. I did not have to work for my money. I felt there was honesty and communication from day 1. Very helpful in assisting me find an assignment. Pay was good and comparable for the area worked. My second recruiter Jeff was wonderful! My pay was always accurate and never had to wait. The only disadvantage is that the pay is held back for the first 2 weeks of assignment. This is the time you need it the most. But overall, I am happy with nightingale and would consider travel with them again if the opportunity arose
If I could give no stars I would. I have had problems with payroll. Not paying me for charging even though it s in my contract. I had to contact them numerous times over a 2 week period until finally I threatened to not show up for my shift! No one would contact me back. Then I would turn in my hours and I would t get paid, they would say they couldn t find my time sheet. Last week, I turned in two time sheets and they only paid me for one time sheet, not the other hours. I have asked for the manager to contact me and his respond to my recruiter was I m just going to let someone else handle it and they didn t. I contacted the hospital to let them know how they treat their nurses.
Nightingale is my travel agency. I am not new to travel nursing but I was so amazed when Rachel Anderson became my recruiter. This is my Travel Nursing agency. I have been satisfied with them. I've been with Nightingale Nurses since March 2014. My recruiter is Rachel Anderson and she is by far the best recruiter ever. I went with another agency once n came right back to Nightingale. They treat me with respect and compassion and Rachel goes above and beyond to keep me happy and to take care of all my needs and any issues I have. She has my back at all times!
