Dont buy from this shop customer service they donot have after they have sold a item as I found out got a jacket from them in Potts Point shop it was on sale and XL size dont need it for Aus but going to Uk for xmas nice and warm I through got home put a sweater on only to find its to small try to take it back no refund only a credit note no good as the chances of ever get any from them again is never after the up your self attuded.
Such rubbish. This place and Brando shoes are the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. No exceptions
The lady who works there is awful. Follows you around the store. I watched her yell at people who exited without buying something.

Browsed the shop while waiting for someone I was meeting in the area, the lady who works in the shop followed me around whilst I was trying on shoes, telling me every pair I tried on look cute and I should buy them, however, very limited shoes my size (35) in stock so I was trying on mostly 36. Eventually, feeling like I couldnt leave the shop without buying something, I bought a scuffed pair of shoes that were discounted. The shoes didn't fit as I'm usually size 35 and bought size 36. Met with my girlfriend after I left the store and said she should have a browse so she did andashe bought a pair. Whilst making her purchase, she told the lady in the shop that her girlfriend has just been in and bought a pair of shoes that didnt fit, the lady apparently responded "that's a lie, those shoes did fit her". Would have taken them back straight away after hearing this but it was already 4.50pm and the store closed at 4.30.
Returned to the store the next day (Sunday) to return the shoes, however they were closed.
I Left the shoes at my girlfriends house as I live out of town and she said that she could take them back for me and exchange them for shoes that she could wear. A couple of weeks later, she made time in her busy schedule to go back to the store and exchange the shoes, only to be REFUSED an exchange. The same lady refused to exchange the shoes, wouldn't offer a refund and apparently demanded that she call me. My girlfriend calls me and the lady was yelling at me stating firstly they don't do refunds and secondly, the shoes have been worn. Would not even listen to the fact that I never wore them, live out of town and they've been at my girlfriends the whole time, who is size 39, they've never been worn. Not since I purchased them. I told the lady I would complain and I would write to Amy, the lady replied "I don't care, Amy is just a secretary" she apparently walked away so I told my girlfriend take the shoes and leave the shop and said sorry she had that experience. My girlfriend was really upset. I just lost my grandmother this wekeend too so emotions were high and I hang up. This lady sold scuffed shoes, accused customer of being a lier, refused a refund, demanded my friend called me and then yelled at me down the phone, and refused an exhange for shoes that don't fit. And had been in the box since I left the store. This was our experience. I would not recommend. Awful treatment of customers and completely denying cusumer rights. I will also take this up with trading standards.
The outlet has a great selection of shoes and clothes which are very reasonably priced. We picked up some really good bargains on mens and ladies shoes. My husband walked out with 4 pairs! The sales staff were really friendly. Would recommend!
Absolutely disgusted by this business (product & service)
Purchased a pair of boots and after several months of going back and forth with extremely uncooperative staff, I have finally been told that they were obviously just a bad pair of boots that had been made.
In addition to this, there are lumps within the foot beds that give the feeling of having small stones in your shoe. The business representative had the cheek to say this was a usual thing and that she has it in most of her better quality shoes.
I was advised to send them back and that they would arrange a store credit. After incurring a further $15 for postage sending them back at their request, I was then advised that they will now only offer a discount on my next purchase.
I have been trying to contact them for days now to confirm some simple details about this next potential purchase, but again they are ignoring / avoiding me.
This is not acceptable.
No one should be subject to this kind of service in this day and age. This has seriously put me off internet shopping it its entirety.
NOT FAIR!
