Anne Marie reception, wonderful lady & Dr. John a gentleman. Never had reason to complain, only praise .

Car park is generally full of taxis using it as waiting space. Local taxi firm A1 Embassy - you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Friendly receptionist Ann Marie.Always helps you.GP Victoria Hampton always listens to u . She is a fantastic kind and caring .

Me and my family are well looked after by most of the GP's in here at Norfolk street surgery even the ones at the Reception especially Anne Marie. The waiting times are quite long though not to blame due to the govt cuts and increase in patients.

This is my surgery. 3 surgeries at one place. Doing good .have pharmacies outside.

My first time here , I didn't feel welcome at all. Was spoken to parrot fashion almost robot like. Got the impression the reception staff couldn't care less whether I was there or not. The place itself looked clean and well organised but the reception staff didn't seem happy or engaging in their approach. We as patients don't expect favouritism we just want to be made to feel welcome. And for my first time I didn't feel that at all. Finally , I could understand it if it was busy but I was the only one waiting at the time .

Receptionist Ann marie is amazing always happy smiling and really cares about people. Dr John is the most amazing doctor I have ever been under. He will do all that he can to help you. And he really listens to his patients. He makes you feel so comfortable and makes you feel so at ease. Dr Philips is another wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients.

Best care I ever received in the UK great people working this place.

First visit wasn't good. Staff were surly. Second visit was better, nurse was very nice.
