These have been resolved promptly and efficiently and I have been grateful for the friendly, clear service offered. I always feel I can approach them to answer my IT questions which is so reassuring. The staff at Dogsbody have been very helpful. Everything runs smoothly but if I have a query or a problem they are right on it. They don't even mind that I am not technical at all though they do try to inform me on the "hows"! I know I can rely on them and that helps me to focus on my own work as a counsellor.
