Long queue, rude workers especially one foolish guy amongst the women up there...post kaya

Civil personnel group is very friendly to their customers.

It's sucks if you're here to renew your card... You can take 2 hours or more just waiting for your card

Sometime network is slow which delay the client getting the card

Service was okay . Waiting time is a little lengthy

It's a NHIS Office that is supposed to serve people around Madina and it's environs with fresh registration, renewal, replacement and enquiries.
With the sizeable population of the area, the office is mostly congested and the unreceptive and immature attitude of the staff makes it frustrating accessing their services.
They don't seem to have a 'head figure' to attend to any complaints, so staff are free to do as they please, at will and as though they are doing a favour. They seem too many yet do too little.
I have a terrible personal experience.

I live at Madina and I think that, the NHIS office was rightly placed there. It will help those around to come to have their health insurance card.
