Worked with for 7 years and ongoing for the architecture and ongoing upkeep of an emergency 24/7 call center with over 50 incoming unique call lines and a wealth of HIPAA and privacy compliance requirements. They handle everything from day-to-day IT and desktop to the complicated design and upkeep of our robust phone and EHR customized systems, including but not limited to data storage and analytic software management. Response time is unparalleled and customer service is excellent. They are solution oriented and care about the costs their customers see. They have been more than a vendor for us but have truly served as our IT partner throughout 8 years of growth and change as an organization.

I got two hang up calls from this business this morning, and when I called back they were extremely rude. I was wondering if they were looking for my accounting business or what they needed. I'm still unsure.

I have been using E Creek Solutions for about 1-1/2 years now and I have to say that after screwing around with Comcast internet phone systems in the past, E Creek has been a pleasure to deal with, not to mention that my phone bill is about half of what it used to be. Never have communication issues across my 3 offices and the phones are easy to use. Not only that, but because they are a local company, you get immediate response to any questions you may have about the equipment and service. Isaac Falkowski is my personal rep. and is a true professional with tons of experience in the IT world. Finding a business that treats customers like family is very rare in this day and age, and once you do, you stay with them. I highly recommend!
