Very nice modern hotel ... with the room you can go to the spa, a small but complete fitness center ... a very complete buffet breakfast with dishes at the moment ... the half-day buffet with homemade dishes at a great price I recommend it ...

Great business hotel in the north of Madrid - very helpfull staff

Stayed for 3 weeks on business trip during aug-sep month. Very Friendly staff with pleasant smile, guided us to city center and were always very helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, restaurant staff were very kind to take care of our needs. Because of vacation time gym, spa were closed. WiFi speed was good.

If you come from the north, it is convenient to stop here so you do not have to look for a place for the car in Madrid. Hotel recommended

The hotel is located in the tourist center but it has buses at the door which allow you to reach the center quickly and comfortably.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bar serves good drinks although it closes early. The breakfast is unbeatable for variety and quality.

I went to celebrate a wedding and, really, with little faith for the food that hotels usually serve, but they surprised me. The food was very good and they took care of the details in a very acceptable way.

Very good, very clean, friendly treatment and hab according to the standards of the chain. I was pleasantly surprised to see the large bath that had the room. I don't give it 5 stars because we were on the 2nd floor and the traffic was heard a lot. Except for that detail, the rest of the stay was very good. There is parking at the hotel BUT the area is full of parking areas and it is a very bright area despite being in a polygon type and it is not worth frankly paying the 16 they ask for per day. It is very close to the incorporations to the city center.

I was in the spa and it's pretty good, it's not very big but it's just right. The treatments are pretty good. The hotel on the NH line.

The hotel at least on my point of view is a 4.

The restaurant is a cafeteria. Be warned. There are good options in the menu and they can cook... But to be a formal restaurant... It is not there yet.

The timing for a 10+ people table... Has a lot of room for improvement. They really need a Food and Beverage manager in there. Takin one hour from the first plate to the last... It may be a little too much.

If you are at the hotel and need some food. Ok. If you want to get to a restaurant and you are considering getting here from elsewhere... Please do yourself a favor.... don't.

A bit minimalist decoration. Spanish ham sold as "iberic" was not iberic at all.

Average quality of services and professionalism. Dirty rooms. Parking and spa are not included in the price and there is no space to park nearby. Heating system did not work properly, which overheated the room and created a very uncomfortable feeling. Overall, avoid.

For a 4 star hotel leaves one to be desired. The service is good. The location is only for those who are in the car.

Good business hotel and to spend the weekend. It's a pity that the last 4 times I've gone the free wifi will not work. Neither the payment. This being something quite important to be a business hotel. For the rest, the comidisima bed, large tv, spacious and clean room, and perfect toilet. One hurts the detail of the WIFI that matches the rest of services.

Unsurpassed attention. I called because I needed a room with a slightly different stay due to a problem with a delayed flight and they called me within 5 minutes to offer me a solution that suited my needs. My sincere congratulations to the hotel for the great professionals who have working in this difficult situation. I hope to return with a little more time because the impression has been wonderful.

I am a disabled person in a wheelchair. The perfect room, spacious and clean.
Lovely hotel staff all from reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. Saturday night I had a very fat fall in the room and the staff went out of their way on me.

I also want to give a special thanks to Patricia the director who when she found out that I had fallen was very attentive, even she took me with the wheelchair around the hotel.
In September we return to Madrid and of course to NH Las Tablas and I am clear that every time I have to go I will always go to that hotel.

We loved this hotel. We have had a great time, a lot of tranquility and peace within Madrid. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows too. They have a mini bar inside the room that is not bad at all. In addition there is room service and what we liked the most was breakfast. SPECTACULAR. Great variety and very good staff service. We wanted to enjoy the spa and that is why we have made a reservation at that hotel but when we have arrived, the spa was under maintenance and was not communicated to us when we have booked even days close to the accommodation date. These things must be clearly notified, since if they offer a service it is for them to have it available.

I will only talk about the spa and the restaurant, I have never stayed in the hotel.
The SPA is too small and there are too many people. It is not suitable for more than 8 people and we were 16.
The massage service is quite good and complete, it is worth going with vouchers or offers.

I booked for December 31 with the idea of going to the spa with my partner and upon arrival they told me it was closed and I was not notified when I called to reserve. It seems totally unprofessional not to notify of these closures and I demand compensation.

Good place although as a particular opinion they could improve the mattress that is too soft.

The comforts of the room seemed insufficient for a 4 star, especially the bathroom.

SPA lamentable and with terrible quality of customer service. You go with an offer that includes several services, they let you access and then they do not give you several of the services you have paid, such as a massage and a bottle of cava. Above the employees indicate that they call the police if you do not leave the premises. We had to call the police to have the claim sheet sealed. I do not advise neither the hotel nor the SPA

The bed is very comfortable 2x2 and the room and bathroom are very good. What would improve without a doubt, is the desk chair that is quite uncomfortable to be metallic.

Some rooms need maintenance (coffee machine, windows shield). Cleaning team does not know when room's are occupied, etc.

Hotel located in business area. NH quality, so excellent. The only downside is that there is no metro nearby, yes a bus stop that leaves you in Plaza Castilla in 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Of course, they have a transport to go and return to the companies in the area during working hours.

NH is a guarantee since they are usually perfect for executives. Clean, modern and with good facilities to work with your computer. Therefore, to maintain that image, they must renovate the rooms of this hotel, because this chain deserves it!

Quality price well, in a room bathroom the impractical bathtub and also when traveling with teenagers its design of separation with room by glass was somewhat uncomfortable.

The right hotel.It is in a Poligono and to move essential car or taxi.We arrived at 11:30 we were a group of about 60 people and we could not have a drink in the Hotel bar since it was closed.The truth surprised us to all. I think of a personal way that is a loss of business. For the other good.

Correct price price. Easy communication with buses and metro. Easy parking.

They had given us a circuit in the Spa with 15 minutes of massage. We got an appointment without problems, and there we went a half day, they have parking, which is to be welcomed, because the area is full of offices, but being lunchtime we were lucky and we did not need it. The spa is tiny, a pool of 5 x 2 approximately, with two water beds, two swans, two waterfall jets, sauna and Turkish bath. The pleasant experience, although surely we will look for a spa with more variety next time. The masseuse, Ukrainian, very nice, and the massage of 15 minutes, did not become as short as I expected.

The treatment, cleanliness and equipment of the room is very good. Parking is easy (during non-working hours) and in case of problems, the hotel has paid parking.

The location is something that can lose points, it takes 5 minutes to the nearest metro stop and 40 minutes to the center of Madrid.

But what disappoints me the most, is the SPA schedule. From 11 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon, you can not take advantage of the first or last minute. From the point of view of a client, I find it very bad schedule.

Great and modern place to stay, but quite far from the centre. It is a good place to stay if you're travelling by car. There is free parking zone by the hotel.

Roo.s are big and very cozy. Big beds and bathtubs included. I enjoyed every minute. Stuff is polite and caring. Thay speak English well.

In the room the floor sounds a lot, there are very few lights, a blind did not work and despite saying so at reception they did not offer us any solution. When we got to the room there were neither the bathrobe with the slippers nor the variety of pillows offered on their website. The bathtub faucet was only turned on at 3am and we couldn't sleep the whole night. Hotel we will not return to. It does not deserve the 4 stars at all.
