First time here and really enjoyed myself. Easy to find, good parking and several good trails to choose. I chose the trail to Battery Point, a 3 mile trip by the time I there with a side excursion. Nice trail, mainly flat with great views of Lake Massabesic. At the start there were fields full of birds and I enjoyed watching and taking some photos. Worth going back.

Nice views around the lake. The hikes from the Audubon are fairly flat and low impact. No blazes that I saw, but seems unlikely that anyone would get too turned around with the lake to orient yourself. . Thedubon was not opened when we went so I can't comment.

We went there to walk the trails, and the bugs had not yet hatched. So it was very relaxing, and a few other people where on the trails as well. It was a little wet on some trails as it had rained a few days ago, but nothing to stop us.

I will be going back in June for bat counting sessions, looking forward to that. This will be a 1st for me. And I have installed a bat house in my yard, as we hear the bats squeaking when they are flying around at night. So it will be cool to see if they take up space in the bat house. I had built one, but then it was too heavy to raise up to the 15' height, so I donated it go Loudon Elementary School [in NH].

Looking forward to going back again and check out the trails in late spring, summer and fall. There is a nice bench to sit on at the end of one of the trails to enjoy the lake. Great lake to boat on, just do not put any part of your body in the water. Against the law.

Great place for a hike and views of lake Massabesic on most trail. The center has a bee hive where you can watch the bees go in and out. They also have bird houses up around the field. They do have displays in the main building.

Had a fantastic pond birthday party today. Amanda, the staffer in charge of our event, was engaging, funny, knowledgeable, and tirelessly patient with the group of ten kids in attendance. The facility is clean, well-kept, and wonderfully informative. We couldn't have had a better party. Thanks!

Brought my son today for the Earth Day Celebration. There wasn't as many games as I was hoping. We toasted marshmallows which was cool and went on a Nature Walk. The woman leading the walk was great! Very nice and informative. We saw snakes and turtles and watch them let go a couple animals back in to the wild. Was expecting more food selection but we had fun!

I approached about 40 campers today while I was riding my bike! All the kids were so kind and pleasant. All stopped and let me pass and thanked me and gave compliments . Camp counselors seem to be doing such a great teaching etiquette and overall general kindness.

It's so much fun to go to the Audubon! It's beautiful. I learn a lot every time I go. They have so many interesting animals to meet up close and personal. They have great programs and even do birthday parties.

Enjoyed our visit. We stopped by on a whim. Answered a few questions for us. Provided us with a lovely tour of the pollinator garden. Checked out some of the local critters on display. Will have to go back and visit some of the trails.

This is a great place walk some trails no dogs. The staff inside can be a bit odd at times. The animals inside really need to be released if possible. Box turtles should never be in captivity. The Raven needs a much better enclouser.

The Audubon Center building has a lovely nature center and a room for small events. The staff is very friendly and provide maps and equipment rentals. The walking trails are the real highlight, with views of the lake and islands all around, and plenty of quiet fishing spots.

What a beautiful venue! I had such a great time DJing at the Audubon Messabesic Center for John & Maria's wedding! The staff was excellent, the venue was clean, and the wildlife and view were fantastic! There is a cozy but spacious cocktail hour lounge. The wedding was a HOT one (99 degrees that day), but the staff went out of the way to ensure there were places and means for people to cool off. As a wedding DJ, I personally perform for about 60 wedding venues a year, and this venue has an excellent outdoors vibe! Excellent work to all of you, Cheers! ~ DJ Chillin McMillin

I adore this trail. I've been about 5 times and still have not seen it all. Different levels, areas and sights to see depending on your time frame, how you're feeling that day. Great for kids, lots to do and learn. Plenty to see.
