We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were very polite and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
The food is absolutely stunning! We had the fresh spring rolls and goatwurst to start, both were unique and flavorful. Main dishes were a brisket and grits with ramen... they had a kick! The atmosphere is relaxed, yet the staff is attentive and friendly. 10/10 will return!

Ngon might look like a rundown restaurant on the outside but their food is delicious. It's true the price point is higher at Ngon than other Vietnamese places but I assure you the value is there. I've been there a few times and I'll say everything I've tried has tremendous flavor. But for someone visiting Ngon for the first time I'd recommend an entree. I feel they showcase the menu much better than the appetizers.

It was okay. I wasn't blown away with the food. I got the bun bowl. The noodles tasted like they were at least two days old. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. My friend got the pho burger.
It was decent but didn't really taste anything close to pho. However, the service was exceptional and our waiter was knowledgeable and very friendly.
This place is phenomenal. The food is fresh, clean and well thought through. I don't think they're currently open for dine in, but when they are you can also expect a shockingly impressive cocktail list (speaking as a former craft bartender) and an outstanding wine list. Tap beers galore as well -- though I'm not personally a beer person and you shouldn't believe my judgements on beer regardless
This is my favorite Asian restaurant, and one of my favorite restaurants period. Everything is fresh and flavorful, and such a creative menu. It s a real gem in Saint Paul.
