Ngon might look like a rundown restaurant on the outside but their food is delicious. It's true the price point is higher at Ngon than other Vietnamese places but I assure you the value is there. I've been there a few times and I'll say everything I've tried has tremendous flavor. But for someone visiting Ngon for the first time I'd recommend an entree. I feel they showcase the menu much better than the appetizers.
