Great experience with my insurance claim. i was nervous after damage to my home that it would take days for someone to stop further damage. Nexxus who was assigned by insurance company handled everything i needed to stop further damage in a matter of an hour they had a rep from a firm scheduling a crew to send later that day. Matthew was exceptional.

I was laid off due to multiple employees stating that I was on the phone constantly and for leaving early and missing a day and a half of training. When I asked about leaving early my trainer insisted on me leaving if I really felt bad and that it ll be counted against me as a warning and that she has many warnings under her name and that it s not that serious. I didn t want to leave early but I couldn t go through the rest of the day feeling sick to my stomach so I informed her that I was leaving. Her and the HR manager showed fake empathy and told me to contact her if I felt any better. BOOM come to work Thursday and they wait till the end of the day to lay me off. Says that I m falling behind and I can t be missing days or on my phone because my peers find it disturbing. Mind you everyone in my class is always on their phone, stay having side conversations, and or falling asleep and yesterday a couple of my peers were asking me for help on how to make a claim because majority of them were not paying attention. Mind you I never had any warnings and or private talks about my disturbance to the class. It s like they sit there and watch you waiting for you to mess up and then lay you off. I regret even applying for a job that wants to be professional sooo bad but nick picks employees and shows favoritism. Good Luck to anyone who ever applies or gets hired

Bad experience. Hired by my insurance company to manage comparative estimate. Made contractor take out necessary repairs to reduce claim cost for insurance carrier. Unacceptable! Just know they are working for the insurance company without regard for the people s lives they affect.

Warning to anyone contacted by Nexxus in connection with an insurance claim: there's a chance they won't guarantee the work and they referred me to a bad contractor who did shoddy work and trashed my home, causing permanent damage.

I actually really liked working here. Everyone was...

I actually really liked working here. Everyone was cool and I generally got along with everyone. They provide excellent on-boarding training and I really felt like it was one of the most thorough transitions to a new job I've ever experienced.

Also it's a tough balance being the one who handles claims but I feel like the people I worked with did their best to make sure the customer was taken care of.

I decided to make a career change to software development after only 6ish months of working there, which is pretty short for a job, but they were so nice. They took me out to a goodbye lunch and wished me the best.

Actually 2 people I referred, when I first started, are now in management roles and have great careers there. The company was really taking off when I left. I recommend giving them a shot if you get the opportunity to work here.
